Amazing! Not only was Michelle kind and patient, she took her time to explain the various mechanicals in the home. She made sure no stone was left unturned and explained everything thoroughly! Highly recommend!

I definitely would recommend Sherwood Inspection Services. The customer service was great and accommodating when needing to reschedule services. The inspector, Dwight was amazing! He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. He even brought snacks and water which was so generous. Great, thorough service all around!

Dwight came right ontime to our 9am appointment in West Haven and performed an extremely thorough inspection of the house that lasted almost 3 hours. He was very detailed oriented and answered every question we had on premise, and he even took time to reply to our questions a few days after the inspection. Dwight was both professional and knowledgeable and we would definitely use him again for our next property inspection ???

Dwight was a fantastic inspector. Provided a lot of information regarding the home and was very knowledgeable about the overall process. Made this part of the home buying experience very smooth! Highly recommend his services to any new customers.

My expert was Michelle and she was very nice to us since we understood everything that our house needed. She explained it as simply as possible since we are buyers first and foremost and as a person she is a sweetheart and besides that she brought us snacks. She loves her job.

My husband and I used Sherwood Inspection Services while purchasing our first home and we couldn't have been more pleased! The inspector was very friendly and informative during the process. As a first time home buyer, I didn't know what to expect from the daunting exercise of a home inspection, especially on the 1840's home I purchased. The level of professionalism, expertise, knowledge and not to mention the amount of time they took to answer and walk through every single question, to kindly patiently explain and examine was above and beyond any expectations I had. Not to mention they thoughtfully laid out snacks and waters before the inspection began for everyone. Level 10 attention to detail!

I was lucky enough to have Erik come and inspect a property for me. He was beyond amazing. He walked through every since space with me and showed me what what he was seeing. More importantly he educated me throughout the entire process. I left feeling like I absolutely got my monies worth with Sherwood Inspection. If you need an Inspector call Sherwood and try to ask fro Erik. Literally the best!!!!!
