I would not normally post a negative review, but don't bother contacting this business if you don't have alot of money to spend or they "think" you don't have money to spend. I needed to have input on bringing two awkward spaces together. I have placed 2 calls to Our House. First time I was told the owners were on vacation and they would return my call when they came back. A few weeks went by and no call. So I call again and get a very "harried" sounding woman on the phone. I stated I had called weeks ago and she said she would have one of the designers call me. Well, here we are weeks later and still no phone call. The only reason I can think of is that they felt the job might be too small. No one asked what rooms I was trying to bring together which was a kitchen and family room, plus possible construction of a sunroom. I believe they thought it was too small a job to even give a call back. However, it involved a total kitchen renovation with all the bells and whistles. I had a 100k+ budget. I'm sure the clients who have had work done by them are pleased, but I will not be one them. Even if you think a customer is small potatoes, they are still potatoes and deserve at least a call back.

Designed kitchen and provided 3D renderings. Went back to select cabinets, hardware and counters/ backslash. They are now working up costs. Bill is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this business. Also, they have many selections for the above products.

Rachel, Drew and their entire company are tremendous. They've remodeled almost our entire house and barn room by room; our kitchen, master bedroom, master bath, office, guest bath... Rachel's design and knowledge are sensational. She is truly gifted. Drew and his teams are talented, hard working and extremely detail-orientated. Our House has made our home a peaceful, fabulous place for us, our family and friends. We are extremely grateful for Our House!

Rachel and Drew are awesome! Our House is a local design and installation company who have been in town for a long time and have a Great reputation.Rachel is a fab designer and nobody else can design a kitchen better then her! Drew is a skilled carpenter and easily installs everything. The trick to all of this is knowing the details and how to accentuate them so everything looks fresh and special. I am a builder and have used our house for my kitchen and was very satisfied. Many others can promise the same but Rachel and Drew get it done quickly and on time and on budget, that is such a pleasure rather then have your home disturbed and delayed like so many others do! I would recommend our house to anybody looking to do anything from a new kitchen or bath to a whole renovation as you are in good hands!
