I own my own business and I provide my clients with an exceptional high standard of customer service....I wouldn't have it any other way!! So when I look to a company to provide me with a service or product, I expect to receive the same exceptional high standard of service I provide my clients. Ct. Handiman's owner Mike and the Technician Steven, both provided me that exceptional high standard of customer service I was looking for, and truly exceed my expectations. As this was my first experience with the Ct. Handiman, It started right from my initial phone call to Mike, which set the tone for my great experience with them. Mike was very cordial and impressed upon me that he and his company was in business to "Take care of the customer"!! His professional standards that he and his company have earned and maintain were clearly explained to me. He put me at ease and addressed the concerns I had with the Ice Dam problems I was experiencing in my home that required his services and told me not to worry, that they would take care of it. I called on a Tuesday morning and an appointment was set for a few hours later that day. When Steven the Technician arrived at my home, he also was very cordial and immediately introduced himself. A few minutes later, Mike also showed up to introduce himself and told me that Steven would take care of me and the problem with my home. This type of professional service is unfortunately lacking with most companies these days and all they want is your money and usually provide a less than desirable service for the money you paid. Not with Mike's Ct. Handiman...... the high quality and professional service provided by Steven was well worth every penny we paid and then some!!! The tedious work Steven performed was done meticulously, professionally and as promised!!! I would, without a doubt, highly, highly recommend Ct. Handiman to perform any service they provide for your home needs.... you will not be disappointed.....trust me, based on my wonderful experience today!!!!!

I contracted with CTHandiman to install gutters and gutter guards on my new home. The entire process was hassle free. The product is a very quality product and the warranty can't be beat. They installed the gutters and guards when I wanted and Mike and his crew made sure it was a very positive experience.
