There was a delay in getting parts from the manufacturer but Mr Appliance kept me informed and came back as soon as the parts arrived. Derek was very knowledgeable about my Viking gas grill and got it back in shape. I was very pleased with the service.

Our large side by side refrigerator was losing its grip on temperature control. We knew it would be very expensive to replace with an equivalent new one. An online search for local technicians with good reviews returned Mr Appliance. They sent out a technician in less than a day after we called. He diagnosed the problem, was able to find the replacement part (for a 20 year old refrigerator, seriously?) which arrived within one working day, and he installed it the next day. For hours after he left, the situation did not seem to improve at all. We called Mr Appliance with our concerns, and they assured us we just needed to be patient. They were right. By the next morning, the refrigerator was running like new, with all temperatures just where they should be. These days it's a real benefit to have reliable, competent local help like this.

Good communication from Tanya. Took about a week’s time before tech could come out to assess. Found tech about 15-20 minutes to identify problem (leak in hose) but tech didn’t have the part— said part would be ordered. It took approximately another week for part to arrive. Tanya sent tech out to repair machine the same day part was received. Took tech about 15-20 minutes to repair. Total cost $350-$400.
