This review is very deserving and must be given. I am an Interior Designer working with Ideal Tile, Developer, General Contractor, and Tile Installer on multiple homes. I have gone to Ideal Tile several times and had a great experience working with Lee, Anne and Stephanie. Both Lee and Anne understood the project and know their products. This made my time with them, to make selections, so much more efficient and enjoyable! They took care of not only all of my needs but also the needs of the Developer, General Contractor, and Tile Installer. The service did not stop there. They also delivered the products and assisted the tile installer with his questions. I can't say enough how Lee and Anne at Ideal Tile have made these homes a success. I look forward to making the future homes just as beautiful with their products and service. You should too!
Ideal Tile was incredible during the process of redoing our kitchen backsplash. Lee was patient and responsive, helping guide us through the process, including recommending expert installers that we used to finish the project. We couldn't be happier with the experience and will absolutely return as customers in the future.

If you want a personalized and friendly customer service, skip Home Depot and Lowe’s! This is the place to find highest quality service and the most beautiful varieties of tiles. So lucky to have this store in Stamford. Thank you for finding us the perfect tile.

Great selection and service. Anne and Lee are wonderful. They were determined to find what we loved- and they did- they found perfect match to what we wanted and on top of that they are lovely! Highly recommend!

We love Ideal Tile and have used them to renovate our kitchen, 3 bathrooms and basement. Lee’s knowledge, years of expertise and design suggestions and ideas are top notch. Great customer service, fast delivery and wonderful to work with! We highly recommend them!

Such a great experience here! I came in because we had to replace some of the stone in our bathrooms. Lee went above and beyond in helping us figure out the best match and the price was affordable. Best customer service ever! Our bathroom looks great!

I would highly recommend Lee at Ideal Tile. His showroom is beautiful but his excellent service is even better! Our tuscan marble spa bathroom looks fantastic. The tile and niche designs Lee helped create made all the difference. We had problems with the contractor during the job, but Lee worked with us to get additional tile quickly to complete the job on-time. Thanks Lee!

Gail and Lee are fantastic! It took us 2 years to finalize plans for 2 bathrooms with lots of visits to Ideal Tile in Stamford. Each time we were greeted with enthusiasm and patience. When a tile that we loved was discontinued, Gail called far and wide to try to find enough for our bathroom. When that failed, she found us a perfect replacement! We just took delivery of the tiles for bathroom #2 and once again, they listened to what we wanted and found wonderful tiles. We can't wait to see it on the floor and walls tomorrow. Ideal Tile keeps up with the latest trends. Each time we visit, they seem to be "redecorating" by replacing an existing wall with a new set of tiles. It's hard to select because their selection is so amazing. Don't go anywhere else for your tiles!
