We carefully interviewed several remodeling companies to renovate our kitchen and are so pleased with our choice of Legacy Kitchen & Bath. Our house was built in 1950 and still had most of the original fixtures, so we truly needed a full renovation from top to bottom. They did all the demolition, then installed new cabinets, hardware, sink, faucet, disposal, dishwasher, microwave, quartz countertops, under-cabinet lighting, flooring, and they painted the kitchen and hallway. It was a pleasure to work with Michelle through the entire process and their subcontractors were prompt and skilled. Michelle listened to what we wanted, made sure that all the details were taken care of, and that everything stayed in budget. Communication was excellent and when any issues cropped up (inevitable, with a 70+ year old house), they were handled immediately. The owner was equally hands-on and dedicated to making sure that the whole process ran very smoothly and we could not be happier with the end result. It has been a month now since our renovation was completed and every time I walk into our gorgeous new kitchen, I am so thrilled! We plan to add a bathroom down the road and will be calling Legacy again. 5-stars.

In the end of the day, everything turned out OK, but I would not use this business again. Experienced communication issues, some subcontractors that were unpleasant or uncomfortable to have around the house, and a payment structure all in their favor and unlike any I have experienced before. The people in the shop are nice and helpful but not having their own in house crew that is accountable to the business owners puts the consumer at a disadvantage. Have they even done background checks on the people they are sending to your house?

Everything went great. Michelle the kitchen designer was fantastic. She was available every step of the way. Modesto and his crew are top notch. Everything came out looking great from design to finish. If you want a kitchen done I would highly recommend legacy kitchen and bath. Maybe in a few years if we decide to do our bathroom I will definitely go to them first.

Legacy Kitchen and Bath in Vernon, Connecticut, renovated my kitchen in March 2021. I have nothing to say but great things. I am so very satisfied with the results. Ayman was truly amazing and patient while he helped me pick out cabinets, flooring, countertops, backsplash, etc., and, of course, all of the colors, always keeping in mind my budget. Everyone in the showroom was extremely helpful and patient also. His construction staff, including Adam, Alex and Secundo were amazing in their areas of expertise. It was during COVID, and everyone who came into my house wore masks the entire time they worked. If anything was wrong, they fixed it immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend Legacy Kitchen and Bath for any of your home remodeling jobs. They were polite and respectful. They cleaned up everything each day before they left.
