I replaced all my windows with Aladdin a few yers ago and they were great. This year I ordered one window as part of a renovation. I sent them specs by email, and the wrong window showed up 2 months later. They refused to admit their error, so I took the loss and ordered a second window. Six weeks later, the order still hadn't been started, they said they lost the specs, and made no effort to rectify the situation. Not sure what's going on, but I'd look elsewhere for new windows!

I had 2 windows installed at the end of April . The crew of 4 guys came on time ..They were so professional they definitely know their product. They work very well together !!!The windows were not easy to install. I live in a townhouse. My windows were cleaned before the crew left the job !!!They went above and beyond I recommend them to anyone that would need replacement windows!!

Before selling me a product, Gerry would take time out if his day to educate and help me reach discussions that worked for my home. Frank and the entire installation team were extremely effective and efficient during the install process. With over 70 years in business, Aladdin’s name and reputation speak for itself. Not only do they provide top quality service, but their products are second to none. I can not wait to hire them for awnings and railings next.

We have installed a Sunesta retractable awning on our deck as well as casement windows for our kitchen. In both cases everything was high quality and completed professionally. We are very happy. Gerry came out both times to measure and help with decisions regarding both. Highly recommend!!

Installed a new front door and storm door. Installers were meticulous and very friendly. Excellent work done. Went out of their way to switch out the molding they were installing so that it would match what we currently have. And repaired a hole in the floor under carpeting before installing down We had just repainted our walls and they installed the door without damaging anything. I am very pleased with the quality of the product and quality of work. Definitely will use Aladdin again for other external doors etc.
