This company goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. Scheduling works hard to find a convenient time for appointments. The service technician is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Been using them for over 5 years and am always 100% satisfied. Would recommend them without reservation to everyone.

They are really great, I had an emergency where the storm causes tree to fall and the lights went out in my home, my generator did not kick on. I called around mid night, and I had a technician went to precise steps with me, had my generator running again, and he came out the following day, to ensure I didn't have that problem again. I would recommend this company to any one, great experience.

Very professional, efficient, friendly, respectful very responsive; always go above and beyond to serve, their number 1 concern is taking care of their customers; I have the pleasure of doing business with Generator Company LLC and get to know the owners , they strongly believe in what they do and making sure each customer walk away very satisfied
