I called as a new customer and was scheduled for the very next day for a service call. Eddie arrived on time and came into my home and thoroughly went through my system and ductwork. He found the problem and fixed it, along with all of the other maintenance performed. While in my home, he was very thoughtful and covered his shoes. Eddie also educated us on everything he was doing and the reasoning for it. We are very impressed with Eddie and very happy with the outcome. We have found our new HVAC company for future service needs!

My central air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night, and the next day was supposed to reach a Hugh of 90 degrees. I reached a receptionist right away who was extremely friendly and helpful. They got a technician out by 11 am, and my AC was back to working in about 15 minutes. The technician was very friendly and competent. I could not be more thankful!

I received repair service on a nonfunctioning central air system that was not only timely, well-performed and courteous, but within hours of my call. On a Saturday! And I wasn't even a previous customer! Service manager Joe returned my call promptly and was beyond helpful and pleasant. And tech Joey as well was very thorough, knowledgeable, and transparent in explaining the issues, and pricing was upfront. Even the receipt provided more detail than I have ever received from other HVAC companies with recommendations for the future maintenance and improvement of the HVAC system that were cogent and not pushy. Highly recommend and will definitely use in the future.

Joe from Climatech visited last week for maintenance of my oil burner. Joe was prompt and efficient. He told my how the furnace worked and pointed out what the function was of the internal pieces. He also advised me I was using too "tight" a furnace filter for my setup. All in all a good job.
