Fred is very thorough and was willing to answer any and all of our questions while going through the home. We got our results the same day and they detailed everything he had said during the inspection, as well as had suggestions of when things needed to be taken care of so we had a good view of things for the next steps. Definitely would recommend calling him if you need a home inspection! When I initially contacted him to see if he could do the inspection, he answered quickly and was able to complete the inspection within a couple days--perfect for getting everything in under the deadline!
