They were fast in reaching out to me after I sent a service request and they came out the next day. Frank was great! He showed me to issue and explained how to fix it in the future. I would definitely use them again.
Frank came to service our central A/C which hadn’t been checked for 8 years and was blowing room temp but not cold air. He not only cleaned the system and ran diagnostics but added refrigerant. He was very personable, professional, and explained what he was doing. And the air began blowing cold again! Nice work. Highly recommend.

These guys are amazing! Frank was on time, very kind, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed our issue extremely quickly and was able to fix it for an incredibly reasonable price. Perhaps more important, he went above and beyond to assuage our anxiety as new homeowners, and took the time show us how use our system efficiently in order to save money and reduce future stress on our equipment. We could not be happier with the service Frank provided, and will continue to use American for all our HVAC needs.

Frank, was professional, personal,and friendly. He was in & out fast. Was here when they said he would. Frank even remembered being here years ago (5) and fixing our furnace! He was the only one that knew what the problem was! Thank you for all your hard work!

We had our mini-split cleaned by Frank and he was great! Professional, thorough and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions. When he was done, he left the work area spotless. We highly recommend American Heating, especially Frank.

Frank has been coming to my house for a few years, He is curtious and professional Everytime he comes here to service my heat pump and furnace I recommend American heating and the staff to everyone!!!

It was such an awesome experience and I am so glad American Heating Service responded to our heating emergency in record time . Ron called us first thing in the morning on the coldest day of the year and asked if he could come out as early as possible. He arrived before our requested time , equipped with a pleasant disposition and ready to work .
Ron got our dying furnace up and running and was out the door within an hour . I am so grateful! Thank you American Heating Services I hope all of your service men are great Ron .

Service done on January 3rd, 2024. Let me just say I wish I left a review last year. But, since this is my second using them i must say, the tech name Erick is awesome!!!! Very knowledgeable, and helpful. This is the second time he came to my house to do a service on my boiler and he does a fantastic job!! Advices me what he recommends. Very respectful. He fixed the issue I had on my boiler and immediately explained to me what it was. I hope and wish to always have this same tech he is great I tell you. Great!! Wanted to give him a hug but didn’t wanna make it weird lmao. Love this company! Will be using them for other things in the near future thank you again.
