We have been working with Cianci Engineering on several projects and they are now our "go to" structural engineer for all of our residential and commercial design projects. Carl and Paul Cianci have years of experience in restoring home that have been damaged by fire. Everyone at the office is responsive and meets every deadline. I highly recommend this company.

I use Cianci on all of my design projects. They are a small family owned business with a passion for design. They go over and above to achieve my very elaborate interior designs, always with a Happy excited demeanor. They hit deadlines and hop on a call at a moments notice!!!

Failed to figure out cause of truss uplift. Anyone with a rudimentary understanding of truss uplift would look for ventilation issues, even when conducting a structural analysis. This company failed to do so. It was like having a physical and the doctor failed to take your blood pressure. They should have refunded some of their fee for their failure, but they refused to admit their mistakes. I would recommend finding another firm, one that would do a comprehensive analysis, not a hack job. Their refusal to admit their mistake shows a lack of professionalism.
