From the moment Drasko Samara arrived at my home, the professionalism, clear communication, and detailed explanations were exceptional. He acted with urgency, sending out the crew, and within hours the entire affected area was gutted. They made me feel completely comfortable and reassured that I was in good hands. All unaffected rooms and sections were securely wrapped in plastic to prevent any damage, and the team worked with impressive cleanliness and attention to detail. Manuel Ventura, who led the team, was also phenomenal in addressing my questions and concerns, keeping me informed every step of the way. They truly provide peace of mind during stressful situations and handled everything with great care. Highly recommend!
They men arrived on time and ready to work! Puraclean was fast, clean and efficient in their work mitigating the water/mold problem from my basement. They communicated with me all along the way with what needed to be done .

We had a significant flooding situation and PuroClean was amazing to work with. They came out the same day that I spoke with them to assess the damage and come up with a plan. Two days after that, they came out on a Saturday and completed the remediation process. Everyone with the company was great to deal with. They worked out everything with our insurance company and were great in helping walk me through the process. I recommend them highly!

PuroClean helped us address basement damage from a pipe leak, and made it an overall great experience given the circumstances. Our project manager, Drasko, walked us through the process every step of the way from insurance claim to repairs, and made sure the job was done completely and well. Would recommend them to anyone in need of restoration service!

You can trust this company, they are very honest and always arrived on time, they communicated with me all the time, they worked on my apartment for a week, they packed all my furniture very carefully until they took everything to a store, I left them a key to my apartment. in a box and they always left it in the same place without forgetting, everything outside the apartment and inside the apartment was left clean
