Patio Enclosures are a very good and professional organization, that throughout the project, from beginning to end checked and rechecked details to assure customer satisfaction and to avoid errors. Communication with them was excellent. Installation was very well done and we are satisfied with the results.

We recently had a 12x28 foot sunroom added to our home. It is now the most beautiful room in the house. This was an amazing and wonderful experience watching this come together. The room was completed ahead of schedule. The most important factor leading to such great success, was due to the person constructing it. Joe is a very meticulous person, with great attention to detail. He put it together as if he were building it for himself, and never cut any corners. He is a perfectionist and very professional. He always asked me for my intentions with finishing touches and accommodated these with his recommendations. I would strongly recommend to anyone taking on a similar project, to ensure that it is completed by Joe. Thank you Patio Enclosures for providing us with exactly what we dreamed of.

Overall could not recommend this company. I would of preferred them to not take on the job instead of producing this. From the start was given poor expectations and communication on the process/timeline was nonexistent. Supplies were delivered unexpectedly and left on grass for 2 weeks. Start time was delayed multiple times and there would be days nobody showed up to work with tools and supplies everywhere in yard. Reached out to company they were surprised deck was not completed yet and they reached out to builder. After completion builder left tools and supplies on property for 3 more days. Poor workmanship to top it off; cracks everywhere, landing pad is crooked, couldn't be bothered to take tags off the lumber either. My mother is trying to have this corrected, but shouldn't be this hard to do the job right.

This is my second experience with Patio Enclosures. 10 years ago they replaced my downstairs sunroom. They just replaced my upstairs sunroom. Outstanding service from when I first contacted them until my projects were finished. I had 2 Pella sunrooms replaced. The installer who installed my upstairs sunroom had installed my downstairs one 10 years ago. Both he and his helper worked hard and left my house clean. Very neat.

On November 19, Mark Zanghi came to our home to make recommendations for a screened-in patio enclosure. Mark spent well over two hours with us, working numbers and asking questions. We have a particularly difficult issue with the roof and Mark was able to work around that. He showed us the product, which was quite impressive. We told Mark we would discuss the patio over the weekend, then get back to him. My husband and I are just not able to commit to the project at this time due to the expense involved. Our biggest regret is disappointing Mark. What a nice guy. He’s so knowledgeable and was a pleasure to talk to. He’s professional and down to earth and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting him.
