Fabulous Company. Answered all questions and the technicians that came to our home were wonderful. Wendy also did a follow up on the service which was nice to have done. We would recommend Terminix.

Scam. Absolutely terrible. If I could give a lower rate I would. One guy came in for 6 minutes and used a single aerosol can. After 4 hours as directed I went to open doors and windows and 5 fleas jumped on me. What a waste of money. Now refusing a refund. Do Not Trust.

Been a customer for 20 years and over the last several years have been prepaying for one year of service. This last year, after the last visit within the year timeframe, I received a bill for $35 because they had a price increase. I was never notified about the price increase and never agreed to pay extra for services. I didn't even ask for anything additional on any of my services - the tech just walked around the house, sprayed and left. When I called customer service, they said there was a price increase and nothing they could do. I asked to speak to someone else who could help me and was told there was no one who could. I then told the "customer service" rep to cancel service so I could partner with another company who actually cares about their customers and listens to their concerns.

Called for an issue of wasps in our new home, didn’t sign up for any plans or anything, was supposed to be a one time thing and mentioned would call if any other issues, got notified of a technician coming, he showed up saying we had an appointment which we didn’t have, then proceeded to charge for the appointment we didn’t schedule, had to pay 3 overdraft fees due to them taking money from my account they weren’t authorized to take, contacted billing who said it would take a few business days, were almost at a week now with no refund. Update sent an email over a week ago with no issue resolved, called countless times with promises made and nothings getting done, so apparently posting it publicly here is the only way to get some form of response

Worst service I’ve had for rodent control. There are rats back in my house since they stopped filling the bait stations around the house two months ago because no one’s come out to do it. We paid close to 600 dollars and signed a contract that they would be eliminating the rats before the year was up but it’s only gotten worse. The least they could do is leave me the key to the bait stations so I could go buy the poison and do it myself - this is why I do stuff myself you can’t rely on anyone else to do it. Orkin was better which is incredibly funny considering they wouldn’t tell me when they were coming.. but at least they were consistently filling the stations every month. On the bright side, my husband shot this from across the house w a BB gun so that was fun to watch.

Had an absolutely horrific experience with this company. We scheduled an initial appointment on May 4th with a technician named Joe. He was supposed to do the interior and exterior of my house. The technician stayed for 10 minutes and left in a hurry, he did not have the courtesy to check in with anyone at the house. I tried to call several times on May 4th and received a call back from another rep from the branch later that day. He provided a generic response and tried to reschedule the visit for the following week. I made it clear that I didn’t want to do business with the company based on the experience. The representative said he would have my account canceled and have the initial payment refunded based- which I requested. My Terminix account was canceled but it is now May 31st and I have not received my funds back. Additionally, I have called the Terminix customer service number 5 times in this time span and every representative stated that I should receive my refund they are just waiting for the branch representative to put it through. The service and customer is absolutely horrible and all I want is my funds back so that I don’t have to deal with them anymore.

Great experience all around! We had a sugar ant problem due to a large colony setting up shop in my yard and coming into the house for food. Bradley, the tech that came to perform the job, was excellent. He was very professional and personable as well as quick and efficient with applying the bait and traps required. He also kept in mind that we have a dog and cat, and was very careful how he used the bait/other products. Since his visit I have not seen a single ant. I'd recommend this service to anyone who is experiencing the same issue or any other that requires an exterminator.
