Overall

My water heater broke and was leaking around 5pm Friday evening. I later called Harp around 9pm to see about an appointment. The individual who answered ultimately stated there was a system glitch and she could not see appointment times for that day or the weekend but stated that I could try to call back on Saturday. No big deal, called back Saturday morning just prior to 10am and was told they could dispatch a tech to my house between 10am and 2pm. By around 11:15am, a Harp dispatcher called to ask if it was ok to send the tech my way….absolutely! By 12 noon, Juan was here and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He talked through the options with me and even though he had a slightly larger water tank than my existing 40
Gal one (a 50gal that would still technically work for me) in his truck, he offer to go get the slightly smaller 40gal water heater tank to match exactly what I had per my request. He was soon back with the 40 gal tank and removed the old and installed the new with zero issues. I checked in once in a while, mostly because I was just curious how things were going and how the piping would be fitted, and everything was done absolutely professionally and to perfection. He left things neat and clean…job absolutely well done! Juan is fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone in my same situation! Thanks Juan and Harp for getting my hot water back up and running and for getting it done same day (and on a Saturday)!

Our tech Jesus approached the problem with our central air AC system. I was really impressed with his troubleshooting, knowledge, and the way he was able to clearly explain it to us in a way we could understand. He was polite, respectful and friendly. Great service and company!

We had a fantastic technician, Nicholas Champagne. He was professional, personable, and replaced our faulty thermostat at no charge, as it had just been installed 6 months earlier. I will be asking for Nick to do all future maintenance and repairs. Beside getting the job done he's just an all around nice man. Thank you Nick!

From the initial diagnostic visit to the sales visit, to the installation of the system the experience was top notch. Everyone was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Sales process was low pressure and informative, and they were able to install a complete replacement A/C system within 5 days. The overall installation was quicker than I expected and well finished (I'm OCD and everything was clean and pleasing to the eye). The finishing touch was a follow up call to ensure I was satisfied and a comprehensive set of documents on the installation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Harp Home Services to anyone.

My central a/c started leaking last nite. I scheduled an appointment for the next day online. It was easy. I got a phone call letting me know the technician was on the way. I, also got a picture of the tech emailed to me. He was nice and professional and fixed the leak. It didn't take very long. I'm very happy.

I am so happy to have a referral from a friend to HARP. After dealing with a failed central air system for 3 years it was time for a replacement of my furnace and central air. Temps will be in the 90s next week.It took a day to book my appt. Anthony Valade and the team were very professional and answered all my questions. Highly recommended! Install in one day ! From the technician Rick to salesman Perry everything has been wonderful. They also have 0 percent financing for one year to make it easier. My old unit was not even up to code it was 17 years old! Do yourself a favor and use HARP. Their customer service is excellent.

My husband and I discovered that our hot water heater had been leaking for some time. We decided to call harp home services and take a chance that someone could help us. They sent someone out very shortly. Luis Centano was our technician and he was knowledgeable, professional, and very competent. Within a few hours he had removed our old hot water heater and explain to us the importance of maintenance calls etc. He put in a brand new hot water heater for us which was not inexpensive, but well worth it. We were encouraged to join the customer program which, for a fee, a customer 15% off technician calls. Spent a good deal of time explaining to us what had happened with our hot water heater, how long they usually last, what to look for when you wonder if you need a technician. He did a very very good job. Looking forward to a good relationship with Harp home services so that my review can stay at five stars. Many thanks again for all the help!!

My experience with HARP was superb. The technicians were on time and very professional. They went above and beyond to handle my A/C issue (a mouse had started building a home in my air handler. The technician diagnosed it quickly, sanitized the system and then did their best to make sure it won't happen again. I have pics of everything that was there and what they did. I enjoyed the experience so much that I signed up for a maintenance plan with them. This is the best service I've ever had with my A/C unit.
