Is not a reputable company or person.
He has very limited knowledge of construction, but enough to fool a layman. He does not pay attention to detail and is not capable of managing even the smallest of construction projects, although he will tell you he manages commercial jobs.
He runs his company out of a Section 8 Apartment and hires recent immigrant sub-contractors to do all the work, which is fine, but the problem is he provides zero direction, oversight, or quality control. As such, everything that is written in the contract, and everything that you communicate to him is lost in the wind. He will leave you with more problems than what you started with.
Do not work with this person!
I had a great experience with Andre and his team. Would recommend!

Outstanding work! Efficient and reasonably price. Andre was quite thorough and attentive to details in completing my drywall project in a timely fashion.

The owner, Dino, was very personable and professional. He responded quickly and was very accommodating. We had a large hole in our ceiling repaired. They did a beautiful job. They covered the floors (from the doorway, up the stairs, into the room) and covered fixtures, etc. So, the house remained clear of any debris. They also hosed the exterior walkway of any trace debris. We are extremely pleased with their work and would use them again, when needed. We highly recommend DCDrywall!!!

Hired them to drywall an unfinished basement ceiling. It was a tough job that other contractors turned down. DC Drywall wasn’t afraid of the complexity and quoted a fair price.
When unforeseen conditions arose during demo they were very reasonable and transparent in how they handled them. In one case, they discovered what looked like previous insect damage in one of the support beams. They made sure there was no active infestation (we got certification from a Pest Inspector). They clearly explained a solution to the problem. Built a brace, sistered the beam and ultimately saved us from future problems.
They demonstrated a vast skill set - repaired a crumbling exterior brick staircase, secured a garden gate and fence as well as additional various repairs.
Easy to work with and skillful. Great all around contractor!

This company and particularly Mr. Andre, from the initial estimate to finishing the job was simply awesome!
They were professional, courteous, nice in taking their time to answer any questions I had & I had quite a few.
They were on time, completed the job faster than expected and the experience in their craftsmanship shows in the job. I was impressed by the affordable quote and them leaving the job more cleaner and nicer than they found it! Will use them again for sure!

They are honest about pricing and their results. They showed up on time and did a very good job repairing my ceiling. I couldn't ask for more!
