Disappointing and overpriced for the limited service I receive. Keeps raising the price and only notifies you on the bill and makes it near impossible to cancel.

They work with you and try to accommodate your needs. I would suggest more attention paid on details of process including location.

Customer service does not fulfil any requests on the first time. It takes multiple calls and at least a week to get the smallest thing done

They are the worst co. Don't ever try to contact supervisor you can never get anyone, they force you to stay with them.

Very bad service. They will give you cheaper price on first year and will make you sign contract and withing first year they will increase price in other charges and by end of 2nd yera you will be paying 2 to 3 times more than contracted price. becareful to sign long term contract

We live in a small condo building in NW DC and have used WM for all of the 27 years we have been here. The service is great for the most part. Occasionally there is a problem, but it is always quickly solved. My big complaint is the cost. I am the treasurer of our association and handle all of the finances. Every year we get a big increase at some point in the first months of the year. I call, talk with people and the percentage increase is always decreased (thank you!). However, why do we (I) have to go through this every year. First of all, can't you just send a notice a couple of months ahead of time explaining the increase and the amount? Why do I have to wait until I get a bill and see an increase? This is an easy fix on your part!
