Payton made my project effortless thanks to her professionalism. The Tiles Shop Tenleytown sales team is a joy to work with. Product did not disappoint. Delivery could have been handled in a better way but I will blame the driver for it. Nothing major though.

The salesman who worked with us, Sal, has been one of the most courteous, helpful salesperson I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction. Unfortunately, our project extended beyond the company's 60-day return period policy. It was necessary because the store was running out of the tiles we selected before the Christmas holidays, and our contractor was not yet ready to begin work. As a result, they are refusing to refund us the cost of the unused, unopened boxes of tiles amounting to thousands of dollars. They instead are willing to give us a gift card in that amount, AND CHARGE THAT FULL AMOUNT AGAINST SAL'S INCOME. The company pays only commissions to its salesforce, so that deduction would be devastating to Sal. Since we refuse to allow Sal to be punished for a job well done, we are willing to sell the leftover tiles online at a loss. We find those personnel practices to be extremely unfair and we will never deal with the Tile Shop again for that reason.

If you’re looking for expertise, personal service and quality materials, this is the place—even if your project is small. The Tile Shop has a dazzling selection to choose from, they worked with our budget and never tried to upsell us. We worked with all three salespeople and never felt rushed or pressured. They really spend as much time as needed on every customer so you might want to call ahead for an appointment if you’re on a tight schedule. Our tile was reasonably priced, arrived on time and was brought it out to our car.

Visited the store to shop for flooring for both my bathroom and kitchen. The man working showed no interest in providing any help or service. We were in the store for over 10 minutes without any acknowledgment. We waited nearby to speak with him as he continued a lengthy convo with the only other person in the store. Eventually we asked if there was anyone else in the store who might be able to help us - he said he was in the middle of a conversation and there were 2 other people around. There was no offer to help us connect with them, instead an attitude that we were interrupting. We did not expect immediate service from him - but some acknowledgment. Abysmal service and attitude. Find an other shop & steer clear of this one!
