When my entire HVAC unit died, I reached out to Air Adviser after reading several good reviews and I was not disappointed. Not only was Josh able to come out immediately, he gave me accurate and honest information and guidance, which I was able to verify to be true. Due to the heat, he went above and beyond and installed temporary window units so I could take my time to be comfortable with my decision. All the other companies came in at higher quotes. When I was ready to confirm, I was able to get it scheduled the next business day, and everything works perfectly just in time for the heat of summer. Without question, Air Adviser was professional, honest, reliable, and efficient. I highly recommend!
Josh was very efficient & affordable. He also brought the old capacitor in & used his multi meter to show us it was weak! He used my units original parts. We are very pleased!

Josh and his team provided exceptional service when installing a new heat pump in my home. He walked me through the entire process from start to finish and provided updates throughout the installation. Both Josh and his team cleaned up and completed the installation ahead of schedule. Out of several companies to quote me a price for a new heat pump, Josh's quote was the most affordable. I would definitely recommend Air Advisor if you are in the market for a new heat pump. Josh is the best. He knows his stuff. Easy to work with. Super responsive and totally fair prices. He has serviced our HVAC in multiple homes and does an excellent job. He's even helped me troubleshoot on a couple issues and saved me a bunch of money.

I can't share enough praise for Air Adviser. Josh and his team did a fantastic job replacing my AC and heater units. My heater and AC were older and needed to be replaced. They were ready to tackle this two day project in a courteous and professional manner. They ensured that my house was cool during the process, which is no small feat considering the size. I will be going to Air Adviser in the future for my heating and air needs. If you need anything repaired or replaced, call them! If I could give ten stars, I would!

After a tune-up this summer, I was told my A/C was leaking freon. Since the unit was over 20 years old, I figured it was time to replace it along with my heating system. I got an estimate from that company, but also looked around to try to find other reputable companies with solid customer reviews. I was lucky to stumble upon Air Adviser and its owner Josh. In our first conversation, he spoke with me for 45 minutes listening to the issues I was experiencing and what I was looking for in a new unit. He thoroughly explained the differences with the numerous units that are available. Two days later he was at my house looking at my returns and supplies and figuring out what would be best for my home.
I was impressed with his knowledge and it was clear he had been doing this line of work for a very long time. I liked that he was the person who was going to complete the installation. He explained everything in detail with me and showed me consumer report ratings on the units he was going to purchase. Although he wasn't the cheapest estimate I received, I felt most comfortable with him and what he said he was going to do. I never felt he was trying to upsell anything to me. He presented the different options and gave his suggestions as to what he thought was best for my home. In fact, his suggestion wasn't the most expensive option and in fact was cheaper than several other estimates I received from other companies.
On the days of installation, he showed up on time, worked through the evening, and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. The entire job was completed in a couple days. More importantly, he was able to improve the air flow to our upstair bedrooms which we were told numerous times was impossible.
It is a large investment when you have to replace your heating/AC units. You want to make sure the work that is completed is done correctly and will last for many years. I am confident with the work Josh did and know he will stand by his workmanship and fix any issues that could arise. I highly recommend his company Air Adviser for your heating/AC needs!

We needed our air duct modified in order to allow for enough clearance to get a washer/dryer tower unit into our laundry room. Josh was able to modify the duct so that it was above the door frame so we had enough clearance. This also fixed an airflow issue that we had in the back half of the house that was caused by the original installation from the previous owner.

I had the luck of coming across Joshua and his company. From the 1st phone call, I knew that Joshua was going to be great to deal with, he even tried helping me on pointing out what the problem could be instead of just telling he would need to come over to see it first. So on Saturday night I told Joshua it would be best if he came by and he showed up on time on Sunday morning just as he told he would. Joshua located my problem and was upfront with the cost of it and even showing it to me on his screen. I moved to his house 1 year and half ago from out of state, being new to the home and state, you always struggle to find "your guy" for the service you need. I'm happy to say that I found "my guy" for my HVAC needs!

I had one of the major air conditioning/heating companies state that the compressor was not working on my ac. I would need a new air conditioner unit. So, I called my best friend. He recommend Air Advisor. They reevaluated the situation. They were able to resolve my problem without purchasing a new air conditioner. I am a single female. So, I was blessed to have a honest person who has the customer best interest in mind. I highly recommend Air Advisor.
