The called me and we got a prompt visit and opportunity to review damage, causes and solutions. Excellent experience from start to finish. I was told they would complete the job in 2 days and they did it. High quality work and reasonable pricing. Very professional and courteous service.

Alex is absolutely someone you want in your contact list! We bought a home in 2019 and he had already put a new roof on two years prior. We recently had some water coming into our living room and (through the previous owner) I was able to track Alex down to see if he would be willing to come see if it had anything to do with the roof he installed 7 YEARS AGO. Not only did he send a team of four guys out to diagnose the issue, they repaired it on the spot. It was unrelated to their install and he was still willing to do that all these years later. It has already rained four times since they were out and I haven’t seen a drop of water come in since. He is a man of amazing character and they do great work as well! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

Parker company and He began to access the damages and had started a quote for the job. Long story short we were more than satisfied with our repairs to our home. They stand behind the work they do and they have fair pricing. We had water coming down chimney breast in attic (pictured) and could hear it dripping behind our bedroom wall. Reached out to several roofers and Al responded first offering to come out the same afternoon since they were in the area. He explained the flashing could be the issue and went into detail about how step flashing can cause this type of leaking if not done properly. I also pointed out missing facia behind our roofline gutter, which he explained was not properly tucked into the drip ledge when installed by someone else years ago, which caused the wood to rot and gutter to sag over time. They came out later in the week and did the work. They provided pictures of the damaged wood and all details so I was confident they assessed the cause accurately, which gives peace of mind. Al mentioned the mortar on our chimney crown showed cracking and that it’s a small fix that could be causing the leaking as well. During the recent major storm I noticed the same leaking in the chimney so they came back out next day and addressed the cracking crown.

They installed a new roof on my home, and did a wonderful job. Initially, they stripped everything off down to the wood substrate. They identified, photographed, and replaced bad wood at several locations. They provide photographs so you can see why there is a need to perform that extra work. One can not accurately identify/estimate how much substrate will need to be replaced until it can be visually inspected. Previously I had several other roofers give me a total roof replacement estimate. They were all markedly higher than Al Parker and, for the most part, weren't going to install all of the items need for a first-class roof. Their quanity estimates of how much substrate wood was in need of replacement were all over the place. Until you uncover it and can inspect it, you really don't know how much has to be replaced. To summarize, A. PARKER CONTRACTING did a first class job, used quality materials throughout, and was considerably less costly than the other roofers who gave me an estimate. Highly recommend!

I expected that his bid would be the highest based on all the work that he suggested was needed. Instead, his bid was comparable to others who offered half-baked solutions using inferior materials. We can’t say enough good things about A. Parker Contracting! We had purchased a home that advertised “new” siding. Turns out the previous owners had painted over the old vinyl siding, and it started to buckle and separate in the summer heat. We did not expect to have to re-side the house within our first year, but it had to be done. From start to finish, both Al and his team were great to work with. During our estimate walk through, Al offered some design suggestions which we ended up taking (so glad we did). Their low pressure approach and fair pricing made them stand out. After stripping off the siding, we found old termite damage in certain areas. Issues mid-project often lean in favor of the contractor (it has to get fixed), but Al did not take advantage or up charge us. We found his quote to address the damage to be reasonable. The crew was friendly and hardworking, and they did a great job of cleaning up the yard at the end of each day. Overall, we’re very happy with the services provided. Thank you, Al and team!

I want to start how I first came to use this company. Maybe 10? years ago, my neighbor noticed that my ridge vent was off and we were expecting a storm. I contracted A. Parker based off of a Facebook recommendation. It was late in the day and he didn't have a crew available. But he came himself that night (NIGHT) and went on the roof and tarped it off. He fixed it the following day. Move forward a few years, and it was time to replace the original roof. Based on my earlier experience with this company, I knew I wanted them to do the work. The job went smoothly and I was very happy. He also replaced some of my gutters (I had a small tree growing out of one!) and have fixed some siding issues I had after I removed an awning. Today, I noticed some storm damage where some shingles were loose. Even though I said it wasn't an emergency, he had his crew here within an hour of me calling. Granted I know this may be just a slow day, but in my past experience, he is so professional and reliable. I will absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs a contractor - especially a roof. Alex is the best! I don't think I would have gotten this type of service from other companies. I am so appreciative!

Al came right away and gave me an estimate and was helpful with suggestions. The workers were very efficient and worked hard and were very careful of the surrounding area of the house. They cleaned everything up when they were finished! They did a beautiful job. I intent to hire them again for outside painting of the house! I highly recommend them!
