Great customer service, Needed an emergency service on my gate and they handled it swiftly. The technicians on sight were fantastic, highly recommend, CJ and the owner Frank are highly knowledgeable and were able to coordinate future installs on my property as well, very professional work, will definitely use again.
Door & Gate USA is the best company in the area for all your door needs. In a few occasions I’ve called them with emergencies and they’ve showed up the very same day. I’ve even used them at my place of employment and they’ve been great. Very reliable and reasonably priced services. CJ Ortiz is who I call and he’s always quick to respond my service calls. Highly recommend!!!

Purchased a custom commercial door for $4400. Door came in too short. I agreed to take it anyway because we had waited so long. They rigged it to fit by building up the threshold. Obviously it didn't fit because you could see daylight under the door and the mice streamed in all winter. It took several months for them to resolve that. The wiring for the door was done incorrectly and we
fixed that. Door failed less than a year and they never fixed it. Kept sending us a bill that we didn't owe. Sent them proof that contract was paid but kept sending us the bill.

Totally an incredible company, Our door was stuck and off track, Two of their mechanics came out 11 at night, and did an incredible job getting our door back to working good as new. We would like to thank Bill and Mike for doing such a great job. We recommend Door and Gate to everyone we know
