Expert Wire and their technicians were fantastic! We had a lot of work to be done (new electrical box, changing the power connection, adding sidewalk lights) and they were fast, efficient, and incredibly well done! Shoutout to Nate, Matt E., Chris H., Chris B., and Juan for all their hard-work on such a hot day in July! Would definitely recommend their services!
Expert Wire is top notch. We have relied on them several times to address various electrical issues, and more recently to address the connection for a new dryer and replacement of our aging electrical panel. Nate, Shane, and Chris B. were all very professional, efficient, and polite. Excellent employees and trustworthy company.

These people must be the best electricians in Delaware. They were on time, courteous, and very willing to explain what was going to happen. Mike B & Matt E went through everything with an extreme sense of professionalism ,certainty, & pride that they were going to make it all right.
They did & it’s better than when they left. Top shelf work by top shelf people. We will call them again for our next electrical project.

Update #2: A manager from Expert Wire contacted me this afternoon and we discussed the entire situation. Was very understanding, apologized for the trouble and frustration, and this matter has been resolved to my satisfaction.
Things can certainly go wrong in any business transaction, but I can testify that this company will ultimately take care of their customers in a fair manner. Kudos.
Update: When wrapping up our project, we went to install a new lighting fixture in our dining room. This light had been removed before Expert Wire came out to do the kitchen lights, which are on the same circuit breaker, albeit controlled by a separate dimmer switch. To our surprise and great frustration, we discovered that there was no power going to these wires!
I contacted company and they scheduled a time to come out and look at it, as we assumed it was directly correlated to the work on the kitchen lights. Although they promised an afternoon arrival, and we made arrangements to have someone there to let them in, they contacted us at 2pm to inform us that they were cancelling the appointment. Very frustrating.
Had to make more arrangements to have someone there the next day, and a technician showed up as promised. The diagnosis? The dimmer switch to the dining room light needs to be replaced. While this might be the case, it is hard to believe that a dimmer switch somehow went bad after years of working perfectly fine, up until work was done on lights that are 10 feet away and on the same breaker circuit. Quite the coincidence, and the company wanted an inordinate amount of money to change out the switch and install the light. Accepted no part of the responsibility for this, and were uninterested in working out something fair.
Original Review: Good communication with company from scheduling through the arrival of the technicians. Branden and Dan arrived and did an excellent job installing recessed lights in our kitchen, taking the time required to talk through the placement of the lights in consideration of our ongoing renovations.
I feel that the job was pricey, but I am confident that the quality of the work is top-notch.

We enjoyed a great experience working with Expert Wire. They installed a 50 amp RV hook up for us, as well as upgraded all our smoke detectors. Shane and Kehan were very professional and knew their stuff. The install was done quickly and efficiently. We decided to sign up for their "Expert Club Protection Plan" and saved 10% off our install. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.

Chris & Kehan from Expert Wire came to install 4 lights. 2 on each side of the garage, and 2 in the backyard screen house.
They were very punctual, and well spoken.
They both explained my four options and prices.
They cleaned up their mess at the end. We are very happy with the job they did, and would recommend this company.
Now our house has more flavor to it, and looks different than all the other houses on the block.

The whole process with Expert Wire was great, from calling to make the appointment to the finished product. Everyone was friendly and very customer focused. We even got a text message prior to the visit with photos and a short bio of who would be coming to the house. Yunior and Danny were friendly, professional and did a great job hanging my mom’s tv. Worth every penny!

A big shout out of appreciation to Expert Wire! New to the area in a new home and we needed help!
On one occasion the team led by Matthew came to estimate wiring, installation of fans and pendants and discuss motion sensors! From their online service request to confirmation of date/time to arrival to departure they were extremely competent, professional, affordable, friendly going above and beyond!
On the second occasion the team led by Blayne communicated arrival, picked up our selections from Denneys Electric, assessed installation, communicated their efforts the whole time, ensured everything was installed correctly, made sure we understood how to operate everything, and gave us advice on how to solve a problem!! Which we will happily go back to them to fix!
They were so kind to us and our dogs!!

Shane and Juan came to install a motion sensor security light and hang a TV in our addition. They were both fast, friendly and efficient. The quality of their work was excellent and they left no mess at all. Highly recommend both and would request them if we ever need additional work done.
