I've hired this company twice in the past week. I would have given five stars after the first job (eight hours to replace eight flush mount and two semi-flush mount lights with 10 pendant/mini pendant lights I had on hand, including advice regarding problems with my smoke detectors (5), motion lights (2) & circuit breakers (2)). The second job (two hours to remove seven 8'-12' long framing boards from top of my back deck (6) & house siding (1); and purchase of three brackets to reattach handrail) was not as satisfactory; I saw that the board being taken off my house siding fell against my sliding door. I was relieved that the glass was not broken. However I did find three smallish holes/gouges in the bottom white vinyl trim where the board hit when it fell. There were long screws on the deck floor & slider track, and a forgotten charger. I would consider hiring this company again. However, as I was charged $160.00 per hour, they are really above my price range.

Dwayne and Ron from the Seaford/Millsboro/Rehoboth Ace Handyman Branch were great! They arrived promptly at 8AM, as their personal call the night before and texts indicated they would. They went straight to work repairing small but significant imperfections in our 3 year old home that had slowly appeared since our new home walk-through. Hung a 65" TV and installed the brackets; filled, sanded and painted small structural cracks; caulked; repaired doors that would no longer stay closed; garage door lubricated; cleaned out dryer vent; and agreeably did a full visual sweep of the entire home to check it with their trained eyes. We felt confident in their knowledge, skill and ability. You guys were fantastic! Thank you, again...

Rob came out this morning for several handyman type projects we needed complete. One was to adjust our big green egg. I had set this appt up a day or 2 ago so didn’t have to wait long. He completed all 3 projects in the estimated time and on budget. It’s a little pricey but he fixed our egg and took care of a problem leaky roof gutter. He was also very pleasant and knowledgeable. Good guy to work with. Yea I would recommend them and would use them again if needed. Rob came back out today, we had a pesky gutter leak that wouldn’t go away. He assessed it and applied a fix. Hope this solves, Rob was again prompt and polite.
