Do not hire! they do terrible work and won’t fix their mistakes. They charge premium rates and does subpar work. Huge mistake trusting this company to do work for us. They left our job warped and then blocked my number when trying to get them to rectify the problem.
Erich Smith and his team did a fantastic job on our Dryvit/EIFS fronted home in July 2017. The original installation in 2000, before we bought the house in 2005, was poorly done. There were leaks and over time the finished surface had pulled away from the base in a number of spots. We considered removing the EIFS and replacing it with siding before we contacted Erich. He came highly recommended, and for good reason. The work they did still looks great with zero leaks, color fade or failing workmanship. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. If there is any downside to their service it would be they are very sought after so you have to be patient and "wait in line" for your "turn". But it's well worth the wait.
