I never write negative reviews but need to make an exception for "Accurate". Don't let these people near anything that you care about. After 5 attempts to correctly install gutters and downspouts, they let their ladder fall on my vehicle and are not helping to get it repaired properly. Their negligence caused over $10k in damage, they're not responding to attempts to fix it, the gutter, downspouts, and insulation STILL are not installed correctly
Amazing experience working with Accurate Installation. The entire team... Craig, Dawn & Alyssa were super professional and answered all my questions. I was left with quality workmanship and a clean space after they were done. I highly recommend Accurate!

Was sent to this company from the sales rep of the home I just bought to get my garage door installed. Received a quote and set up an appt with no issues. Called the day before to confirm appt and was told the guys would be out between 8 to 10am. I called at 10 when they still had not shown and was told it be noon.. called again at noon and was told they would be there soon. Finally at 2pm they showed up and started the install, they left garage door closers on, only left 1 key when was supposed to receive 2, and also did not set code on outside door. Called and spoke with a rep at the company and got the ill let the manager know of your complaint and still havent heard back. I do not recommend this company to anyone for the unprofessionalism as well as the outrageous price I was charged.

Tight dock as there are trucks n cars are parked in front of the docks.40 minutes to 1.30 hrs to unload.

This company did our rain gutters, garage door system, and door hardware on our new home. The very guys who did our gutter installation came back to do repairs and said "this house deserved better and it was a poor installation overall," the garage doors did not work properly for over 6 months and after 3-4 visits from AI and doors still not operating properly, I finally called the manufacturer, Chamberlin, and, after having no success with AI, they decided to send out another garage door company to correct the issues. Every door knob AI installed in our home has been loose from the day they were first installed. When the AI guy recently came out to fix, he said, "my mother's door knobs have the same issue and these should probably be replaced as they are not adequate for these doors." Well, it has been 1 month and no update from AI which is no surprise whatsoever. There is nothing ACCURATE or reliable about Accurate Insulation and I would never recommend nor will I waste my time having them ever come back despite all of the issues they left behind!

Awesome company! The workmanship is top notch. Was surprised on what all they had to offer. Not just Insulation, they have everything from Gutters to custom shower doors! Definitely recommend them to any and everyone.

To start, this review is ""ONLY"" regarding the installation of guttering by Accurate Insulation. There ""insulation team" did a great job, were more than friendly to work with and I would give them 5 stars, HOWEVER, this company also installs guttering and down spouts - this review is about " THE INTEGRITY OF THIS COMPANY'S GUTTERING INSTALLATION...!
If I had the ability to give Accurate Insulation LESS THAN zero stars I would, further, I think this company should be reported to the attorney general’s office for what they have done to a senior citizen (me), however, in this super energized economy, I DOUBT my negative review will have an impact on this company, but my hope is that is has some impact on their bottom line.
My wife and I built a new home last year. The contractor was responsible for the lion’s share of the work and various subcontractors. Accurate was hired for BOTH insulation and gutters/down spouts.
I was at our home every day doing work that was in my scope vs. the contractor we hired. Two men showed up at our home from Accurate to install the gutters, I was "encouraged" to give the guys an extra $20 (cash), to ensure a better job - which I did. During the course of the gutter insulation I noticed that they were NOT placing caulk between the gutters and inside corners (4 of them), which is a common practice to prevent leaks. I mentioned this to the guy I gave the $20 to an he assured me that they did. Less than a week later, I was inside the home, with the builder, during a 'moderate' rain storm, (NOT a gully washer), the inside corners POURED OUT OF THE bottoms. The builder promptly took a video and sent it to the owners of Accurate. A few days later Accurate sent the same guy out (alone) to make repairs. I 'politely'' asked what happened and he blamed it on "the other guy" and he would make it right. If you look at the picture I provided, you will see that this installer placed SO MUCH CAULK on the inside corners that, the perpendicular length of gutter it is attached to would need to fill up nearly an inch or more before draining to the new gutter!! This means that I had standing water ( can you say Mosquito larvae) in that length of gutter until it evaporated…!
We went without rain for many weeks and the next moderate rain we had, AGAIN the inside corners were leaking. AGAIN, the builder called the management of Accurate and explained the situation. This time Accurate sent 2 new guys out who removed the inside corners and replaced them. End of the story - NOT BY A LONG SHOT...!
I have been unable to access the roof for close to 5 months now, reason - knee replacement surgery with some complications. Finally, I was able to access the roof to inspect the gutters for leaves, before the fall season gets under way, and on September 13, I was able to get on the roof - imagine my disappointment when I found SELF TAPPING SHEET METAL GUTTERING SCREWS THAT WERE """"DELIBERATELY"""" SCREWED INTO THE SHINGLES OF MY NEW ROOF...! This is a BRAND-NEW ROOF on a BRAND-NEW HOME...! Shame on you Accurate Insulation for hiring employees that would do this kind of damage to an owner’s new home...! If that were not enough, one of the many installers smeared a white, epoxy type compound on black shingles at EACH outside corner. This is NOTHING but poor and lazy workmanship...!!!!
Bottom line is that if you need gutters installed - I would encourage you to think LONG AND HARD, before using this company for anything related to guttering.
This is a good place to mention that: I have built or helped to build at least 11 homes in my lifetime for family and friends. I have performed multiple gutter installations myself so I know the right way to do this. If NOT for a set of bad knees, during this project, I would have done it myself.
