Buyer beware. These are the results that you get when you build your home with JS homes. They are truly uncaring builders that are too worried about just finishing as many houses as they can in the shortest amount of time possible. These are the results of their carelessness. Like many others, our home was also not finished before settlement. We had a long list of concerns/problems, some of those we still deal with today. The picture speaks for itself, please think twice before you buy from them. The company prides themselves on making nice livable family homes. They have only made my life and my family’s the opposite.

Beautifully built, but I'm still on the fence about the structural integrity of the homes. Newly built homes with cracks within 2 months? Jury is still out?
