Never disappoint. Analysis of water is always right on. I buy from them what is recommended. Today. Water was fine , so didn't need a thing and no charge for analyzing water.

This past weekend we traveled to Dover Pools to get some help for an inground pool that would not clear up. After having our water tested a week prior at Ace Hardware, purchasing all of their recommended chemicals, treating our pool, unfortunately our pool was still green. Luckily we met Chris at Dover who took time to understand everything we explained to him, recommended a product and provided clear instructions. 24 hours later- pool is crystal blue! We are so thankful for your wisdom and your help. I will post a before and after photo. Thank you Chris!

Delivery was on time,Hired an electrician to hook up,Started up hot tub ,Wasn’t working right ,Called Chris who connected me to Sheri ,She sent a tech down ASAP ,Tech notice wired weren’t hook up right so he hooked up wires correctly,Now it’s up to temperature and working great,Thanks Steve ( Tech) for finding out the problem so fast
