Terrible shop service and dishonest management. Took my BX in for a hydraulic leak as it had been dripping for a couple of seasons. I knew it would be expensive as most of the rear end had to be taken off to access the hydraulic tank/ pump. After a week I was told it was ready. Brought it back, cut the grass and in a few days it was leaking puddles not drops. Called service manager Shawn, they picked it up, kept it a week and found nothing wrong. All they did was observe. Bottom line is after the 2nd return visit, Burke has done nothing to find out why my BX leaks worse now than before I brought it in for repair and spent $1,800 Jeff, general manager. Burke Kubota. Authorized sales and service company.

I have purchased several small equipment items from Burke at the Felton and Delmar business such as chainsaws, gas powered trimmers and leaf blowers and was always satisfied with the quality of the their product. I own a 2018 Kubota M5140 which was purchased used from a man in NJ. The machine had approximately 200 hours on it and was in great condition. While doing land clearing with the tractor a stump bent my the gear shift rod located under the tractor. The tractor would move forward but was unable to move backwards because I could not place it fully in reverse with the bent rod. I contacted Burke equipment who came to my property and brought the tractor to their Felton business to be fixed. Burke was made aware of the piece that needed to be replaced. After a few weeks they I was contacted by Burke who told me the tractor was fixed and that they would return the tractor to my property. Burke was paid aprox $900 over the phone for the repair. I was not available during the drop off the tractor and they were asked to leave it at the end of my lane with the keys under the mat. On the tractor was a receipt of payment, description of the part that was fixed and a note that stated the tractor was tested in forward and reverse prior to drop off. When I went to drive the tractor a few hours later the tractor would not move faster than 2mph in forward or reverse. I was in complete shock considering my tractor would originally operate great going forward but not reverse. How could my tractor be returned in worst condition than what it was when they picked it up? I immediately contacted Burke who responded back to the property the following day and took the tractor back to their Felton business. A few days later I received a phone call from the business stating that my tractor needed a new transmission at that the cost would be $15,000. Extremely frustrated over the situation and in disbelief I denied their services. By the end of the conversation Burke advised me that they would replace the transmission without charging me for labor. The new price would be between $5,000 and $10,000. Burke was told to return my tractor considering I wanted a second opinion and was in disbelief of their diagnosis after speaking with several friends who own tractors.

I was in the market for a Toro Dingo TXL-2000 Compact Utility Loader and had submitted mutiple web iniquires trying to find one. Last Thursday morning Andy contacted me with the news that he had one available for purchase. From there, he was amazing, working with me in NC, ordering the bucket I wanted, tracking its location, sending pictures, working the financing with Western, etc. etc. Eight days later I was taking delivery of this great piece of equipment. If I lived in DE, I would visit often. Thanks, Sean owner H&H Lawncare, Fayetteville, NC.
