Kris was at the house for over 5 hours and he looked at EVERYTHING. He scoped the sewer line and found some minor defects. At the end of the inspection I feel confident that I can safely move into the house. I also know what should be attended to while the house is under warranty. Kris will be back in 11 months to identify issues that should be identified while the house is still under warranty. I feel that the inspection was money well spent.

There were things he found that I would've never seen. And thanks to the nice weather he was able to go on to the roof and inspect as well.
