From start to finish, Counterparts provided quality information, support and the end result is amazing! We had them do a full height backsplash in quartz to match the counters. Other companies were wishy washy on how many seams and how difficult it was going to be. Once I spoke to Beth she immediately put any fears to rest and was confident they could do this to our expectation. Everyone we encountered was professional and knew what they were doing. They took the time to go over the template so we got the veining in the places we wanted. The installation guys were professional and did an amazing job...you can't even see the seam!!!!!! It was a great experience and we highly recommend using them.

Worked with a team of true professionals to get the countertop and sink installed in our guest bathroom. Beth helped us pick the granite remnant and was very helpful in providing the information we needed about installing the sink the right way. Mark came out to measure the sink and realized the faucet we had was not going to work right. So he quickly let us know so we could get a new faucet before the installation was completed. Can't wait to see the completed installation.

Thank you Beth, Mark, Eric, & Michael. My contractors, due to covid were taking forever to get my renovation completed. Beth was so professional checking with my status on a regular basis. When we were finally ready for the granite. Counterparts scheduled me quickly. My contractor said that this has been the quickest turn around to get the granite installed. Not only did I get a good price on the granite, the install was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with each of them. What a great company. Thank you.

I contacted company to install brand new quartz slab I had bought. I gave them all the measurements they asked for as well as pictures. They got back to me and stated that they didnt want to do the job and it would be best to find someone that does it. I was under the impression that that did just what I was asking of them. No matter,found a great company that diddnt have a problem doing it for me.

Recently had Counterparts LLC install new granite counter tops. They did an amazing job, and I'd highly recommend them. Last year I had another local company do my bathroom vanity, and there is a clear difference in the quality you get from Counterparts. I'd recommend them without giving a second thought.
