We worked with Jim Osman to pick out custom hardware for our kitchen cabinets. Jim was very helpful with the design process, ordering samples and ultimately putting a configuration together that will look beautiful. We can’t wait for our hardware to arrive & be installed.
Debbie Ash of BK&T was simply the best kitchen designer and advisor we could have ever asked for. Debbie met with us on multiple occasions both in her showroom and in our home to design, review, revise, and give us her recommendations. She was very professional, patient, and thorough . . . making sure she shared all of the options available to us. She gave us multiple options for the design, which was challenging due to a weight bearing column. Her creativity, experience, and reassuring demeanor made the process very smooth.
Unfortunately after finalizing our design, selections, finishes and purchasing the cabinets, countertops, etc, our contractor backed out of the project, leaving us to find a new contractor during a time in which most contractors were fully booked for many months. Debbie referred us to a wonderful contractor, who came with her highest recommendation. The contractor, Tom Vogel, of Vogel Construction, was able to fit our project into his schedule, given our unique situation. Tom and his team did a fantastic job, going above and beyond at every turn to make our kitchen remodel the very best it could be.

This company is a joke. Our cabinets were ordered October 2021 and 10 months later we still do not have a complete kitchen. They've sent people to finish on 2 different occasions over the past 2 months that we took off work for only for the people to show up without the proper supplies. Today someone showed up that had no idea why they were there.. they had to ask us what they were there to do. They had never installed crown molding before so they ruined 2 pieces attempting to do it. So embarrassing for that individual to be sent to a job that they do not have the skills to do. Not to mention that the quality of cabinets are completely subpar. Cabinets were delivered with gouges and chipping that they have filled in with crayons instead of ordering replacement pieces. We have stock cabinets off the shelf from lowes that are better quality than what we received from BKT. Sad to say BKT has been the worst experience overall when building a new home.

We order cabinets just about a 8month ago and we are still waiting on our hood cover for kitchen. We it was ordered with the other parts we received but never showed. Company never told us they didn’t get it or lost it and had to reorder it. 6 months later I call to find out where the hood cover is and they said it had to be reordered. Ben will not call me back when I leave a messenger or when I let Beth know I need to speak with him. Company is garbage.

Pat at Bath, Kitchen & Tile recently provided an outstanding customer experience. She understood the design we had in mind for a DIY kitchen backsplash project, offered creative ideas, went beyond expectations with research on difficult to locate tile accent pieces, was super responsive and always with a smile! Pat was very understanding when we had to put the work on hold indefinitely, but I would highly recommend BKT for your next tile project!! Thank you Pat and BKT!

We had our beach house kitchen remodeled by B K & T this summer. We want to send a special thank you to Glenn Martin for his great ideas & suggestions. We love the counter tops, cabinets & flooring. One of his suggestions was, since I use a toaster oven that I get a smaller oven on top & larger on bottom which will give me more counter space. Also found out that it even has the option to Air Fry which I’m really into. The workers were great and did a terrific job in completing this project. I am attaching a before & after pictures. Our designer, Debbie Ash, was very helpful, guiding us though our first kitchen remodel. Bath, Kitchen & Tile Center was very responsive to our needs, despite this extremely busy "pandemic" economy.
Our phone calls were answered by Debbie on the first ring, and calls and e-mails returned within hours.
She made the process easy to navigate, and each step was explained, before hand.
Most of all, Debbie Ash paid attention to all of the details that make a kitchen remodel seamless, had lots of suggestions, and always followed up with answers to our questions.
Even if you live out of the area, as we do, Debbie was able to forward all of the required documents to us, in a timely fashion.

We have been dealing with Jim Osman when going through the process of choosing and installing quartz countertops for our home. He has been extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive during this process. He set BKTC apart from its competitors and he is the main reason we chose BKTC to replace out countertops. I would definitely use Jim/BKTC again.

We are so happy with our kitchen remodel. Haley was amazing from start to finish helping me pick out finishes and organizing the delivery and timing of this big special project. She genuinely shared my excitement and joy of this project. Haley made this a smooth fun process and was always a phone call, text or email away with any questions I had. From the moment I connected with Pat Tancredi she was friendly, and super helpful in figuring out how to replace a cabinet door in our 2003 home. It was a small purchase but I felt like she really cared about helping me find what I needed. You have a real gem there!

We have a home built by Insight Homes of Delaware. BK & T Center provided and installed all the cabinetry. The did a great job. All details were performed perfectly. They also provided "after install" services for us with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them.

They are so helpful and professional. I had a manufacturing defect on my kitchen cabinets and draws. All the parts were ordered and everything was replaced without question. Special thank you to David McKinney. He was courteous and professional and did an outstanding job installing everything. It was a big job but he got it done in one day and cleaned/vacuumed up everything before he left. Thank you!
