We could not be happier with the service provided by Guardian Crawl Space Company. Mr. Conaway was very professional and responsive to our needs, He kept in regular contact with us and informed us of each step. He started out with an absolute mess and ended with a spotless area. It was a pleasure working with this company and we look forward to a long relationship since we are getting the yearly maintenance program.
KC did a fabulous job with our crawl space. Our builders didn’t do a great job. With all of the rain we had, we essentially had a swimming pool. KC worked so hard and made it look brand new. The care he put into the job was beyond measure. He explained everything that needed to be done and answered every question we had. We‘re looking forward to a long relationship, as we’ve signed up for yearly maintenance. If anyone needs any work on their crawl space, you will NOT go wrong with KC and Guardian!

I have worked with KC in a professional capacity for the past 25 years and could write a novel on his honesty, integrity, willingness to "do the right thing when nobody is looking", personal values and deep family ties to the community. He's as good as they come.

My sump tank was washing out in my crawl space so I called K.C. Conaway at Guardian Crawl Space. He responded quickly and came by to assess the situation. He filled the erosion in with stone and returned later to replace my failed sump pump.
He is professional, competent, and kind.
I highly recommend this company.

KC did a great job installing our dehumidifier. He was thorough and meticulous and very knowledgeable and informative explaining how the unit works.

I highly recommend Guardian Crawl Space Company! After noticing a damp spot on my basement wall, I called and asked to have it evaluated. K.C. promptly answered my call and came to examine it within two days. After viewing the issue, he found a crack in the wall and assured me it was not a big deal to repair. He thoroughly explained the procedure and provided a repair estimate. The work was done in a timely fashion and in a very professional manner. Additionally, as the house was under contract to be sold, K.C. took the time to take a phone call from the buyers and explain the situation and repair procedure. K.C. went above and beyond the normal, provide an estimate and complete the work order, that you get from most national brand companies. It is very evident that he takes great pride in being a local family owned business and he treats his customers with a great deal of respect. I can not recommend this company enough. I would like to thank KC for coming out and providing such a quality service for my craw space. I had a problem with humidity and some fungi growth and he had to shore up a few of my floor joist. KC is kind and really cares about his work and provides a great service at a competitive price. Do not hesitate to complete your basement/craw space recovery with Guardian. Good people at a fair price. Also, they are a local organization to the Pines and it would be a good idea to support some small business.
