From the beginning, Ashton hit the nail on the head from the conceptual pictures, to reality. We couldn't be more pleased with their customer service, the overall design and the result. There is definitely not a better pool company around. We love Ashton Pools!!

My wife and I hired Joe and Nicole to design and build our pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, patio and fire feature. They worked seamlessly with our custom home builder to make sure the project was completed on time and on budget. We cannot say enough about how great an experience we had with Ashton. The project exceeded all of our expectations. Ashton's service after installation was also excellent, they always came back right away to fix any issues and have always been there to help when needed. We enjoyed working with both Joe and Nicole. We look forward to years of enjoyment in our outdoor space and we would highly recommend Ashton to anyone.

Ashton Pools gave us a premier pool that perfectly fits our lifestyle and the layout of our house and property. Joe Ashton provided an absolutely stunning design that became an additional living space to our home. Joe also worked closely with us to design the most appealing, logical and liveable hardscape and gradient around the pool and our house. John, our construction manager, was onsite throughout the entire project providing issue resolution and enhancing the final product with some very insightful recommendations. Brianne Cunningham was very patient as we had other home remodeling going on during the pool opening and ensured our pool equipment and maintenance was correctly executed. Finally, thank you to Nicole Ashton who gave us invaluable recommendations and insight throughout the entire process. We absolutely love our pool, spa and hardscaping.

We wish there were more stars. We are humble people. This pool was a lifelong dream, and something that we scrimped and saved for over years. We tried to do our homework, and we did get other estimates, but, at the end of the day, we went with our gut. Our gut said that Ashton was the real deal, an expert firm with a clear, transparent process, a locally owned company that we could trust. Ashton handled everything for us - the design, the fencing, the landscaping, the pool cover, and of course the beautiful pool. They guided us through all of the product and color choices that have to be made, always showing us what was within our budget, never upselling us. When we walked in, they said that it would be two years before our pool was completed. Another company promised a pool in six months - but online reviews for that company indicated that customers had been left with a muddy hole after six months and were waiting for a completed pool more than two years after that. Ashton delivered our pool six months early. And, they told us we were just lucky with the weather. Their initial timeline had been accurate - they do not not under promise and over deliver - they deliver what they promise. That's how we experienced them: accurate, precise, accountable, reliable. The finished product is gorgeous, and we will add pictures to this review. Our son in law is a contractor. He commented on the stone tile work, noting that it was done perfectly, and "that's not easy to do." He plans on getting the Buildertrend software for his own company, "because that really tells the customer that you are honest." The building inspector stopped by. He waved his clipboard, and said he would look at every item on his list, but that he would never find anything, because "Ashton is the best." Our neighbor, so close to our property, in a coastal community, commented that the workmen were so polite and quiet. He never heard a foul word or raised voice. Our neighbor is a priest! Thank you Joe, Nicole, Carl, John, Maggie, Eber, Keith, Brian, Mike, Eddie, Omar, Nacho, Jeff, Eric, Ignacio, Brianne, Joani and anyone that we have accidently left out. We were so blessed to have found your company and cannot wait for the spring!

I cannot say enough about the professionalism, quality, and dedication from Ashton Pool by Design. My wife and I hired Nicole and Joe to build a pool and spa last year. With many unforeseen delays and changes to our custom home build, Ashton patiently waited and modified our pool/spa design as needed. Nicole is an excellent communicator with great customer service. She kept us in the loop with the timeline which made the entire process flow easily! Overall, we had a fantastic experience with the entire Ashton team! Maggie created the perfect design. Our project manager, John, kept our project on track, and Bri fine-tuned the pool equipment, setup our automation and covered a “pool school” lesson! Thank you SO MUCH to everyone involved in this project! We couldn’t be happier! We absolutely love our water oasis day/night and look forward to enjoying countless hours by the pool with family and friends.

We are delighted with our Ashton Pool. Our backyard has a steep slope (one of the few in Sussex County). Joe and Ashton created the perfect design to work with the topography. We love it as do our furry kids.

Ashton built a beautiful pool and deck for us. We are close to the ocean and have a lot of water under our property, so it wasn’t easy and required some adjustments. We could not be happier with how our pool turned out. We have a beautiful resort like setting in our backyard!
