Own a beach house in Rehoboth Beach. when I first bought it back in '09 had two companies servicing the pool who fell down on me. Asked around and found a highly recommended company who stated they only service pools they build, but one of there guys has gone out on his own and they would highly recommend him. That was James, the owner of Cool Water Pools and Lawn Service. I've been with James ever since and not once has he let me down. Recently he resurfaced, retiled, regrouted, reset the skimmers and some other things that need attention. Pool looks brand new. Finding good contractors is never an easy process. When you find one like James who has the utmost integrity consider yourself lucky.

I’ve called for filter replacement. Got canceled in 30’ before arrival time. Was told that the filter coming on Thursday and then updated to be on Friday. And today is Friday and was told the order has been back on order. James is definitely a scam guy. Not sure if his business still opened. Called multiple times no body answer and voicemail was full. I will not wait for this guy no more. He was a definitely scammer. ** new comment : this review was not a scam. Based on the multiple phone calls and text messages. I’m personally don’t want to post any private messages here. Besides that I don’t want to see any comments from this side no more. It’s not worth it to me. Thanks

James and his team, Ryan and Joey were amazing! We just purchased our home and do not know much about pools. Ryan and Joey took the time to go over the equipment and really explain things. Our pool SPARKLED after being untouched for over 2 years. As you can see my family is happy!! Thank you so much James, Ryan and Joey!!

James and the team at CW have been great to work with. When I had a pool issue after construction from another company, James bailed us out when other companies just walked away. As a result, CW is maintaining about 10 pools for my vacation rental company this summer and are doing a great job.

My wife and I had a pool installed earlier this summer by another company. When it was time to have our pool closed and winterized I was given the number to Cool Water Pools by a colleague. Once I called and spoke to James they came two days later and had the pool taken care of. Furthermore, we needed a cover to keep out leaves and due to having dogs and children and wanting to keep them safe. I got a great deal and it was delivered and installed in a very timely manner by James and his staff. The safety cover not only looks great but will keep our family safe through the cold winter months. I will be a customer for life to have them open and close my pool. I highly recommend James Jones and the folks at Cool Water Pools!
