My home was damaged by fire. This company was amazing in their response. They were helpful in securing the necessary permits and gave sound advice on what the removal process should be. When it came to getting the work done they were flawless. They moved equipment and machinery in tight quarters with speed and precision. Demolition is like root canal, you never want to need it but when you do need it, you need it badly. These guys could pick a molar out of your mouth with an excavator and leave you smiling. Great company.
Macklin’s did an exceptional job removing our beach house and cleaning up the site. They were very professional and great to work with. They accommodated us with schedule changes and kept an open line of communication throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them.

I buy and sell properties all over Delaware. I was using another "excavating" company for my demos but had constant problems, From cement being buried to neighbors property being damaged. This all changed when I found the Macklins. I have used them on 3 demos and one lot clearing, couldn't be happier. The sites are so clean you would never know anything had ever been there and completed in a very timely manner.

I needed a demolition of an aging and distressed beach house. John Macklin & Son responded quickly, and provided a quote good for 30 days. Other demo businesses didn't even provide a quote after several follow ups. They scheduled the demo, showed up on the right day, and were done within the two days they estimated. Office staff was very friendly, and the demo job was perfect. I would definitely recommend John Macklin & Son if you are ever in the unfortunate position to demo a home.

I needed an old shed removed because of the floor being rotted out, I could not find any company that installs sheds to remove it. Than I found John Macklin & Son. I could not find any reviews about them and hired them anyway. To my surprise they did an outstanding job, first they said they couldn't show up until August, then they showed up a month early, they were here for a little over an hour and had the shed removed and the ground cleared like it was never there except for no grass. I will post pictures if I can find a place to post pictures?
