Sundance worked with us through every step of our remodel. We were able to look at cabinet designs and options in the showroom. Once we made our selections everything was drawn up for our review. They even guided us on timelines for ordering appliances so everything would be here on time! All of the craftsman were courteous and knowledgeable. They asked us questions and offered options. The attention to detail was superior. We are so pleased with our new kitchen and highly recommend.
Sundance completely renovated our two 1987 bathrooms and we are so pleased with their professionalism, work ethics, quality workmanship, and always going above and beyond.
Our lead carpenter, Scott, was second to none! Everything was done to perfection with so much attention to detail. Our designer, Kate, helped us to realize the bathrooms of our dreams! I would highly recommend them for your project!

Sundance Homes built us a new staircase from the house down to the patio. As always, the finished product is beautiful and what we wanted. Jason (owner) and Mike (project manager) went above and beyond. Phil (lead carpenter/builder) was also very professional, thorough, and made sure none of the materials were damaged prior to use. This is our 5th project with Sundance. We highly recommend them!

Sundance was wonderful to work with. Each step was clearly communicated and executed flawlessly. The 2 men assigned to our project were kind and professional and made a big renovation as easy as possible on our family. We would recommend Sundance over and over again and we will definitely use them for any future projects.

We contacted Sundance Homes recently when we wanted to replace windows in our house because Sundance Homes did a lot of work for us several years ago and we were happy with that work. Eddie came out to the house, explained our options and answered our questions. He was both professional and personable. We look forward to having Sundance Homes do the work.

What can I say but Awesome!!!! Our latest project from Sundance was a complete remodel of our master bath. We gutted the room down to the studs and rebuilt a dream bathroom. We said goodbye to our rarely used bathtub, expanded our closet of a showers to a full walk in shower, moved the toilet over to where the tiny closet once was and made a larger closet in the area where our original shower used to be. With these changes we were able to get a longer vanity as well. Bill, Jamie, Steve and the gang of electricians and plumbers kept us informed and updated on the progress of the project. They were professional and treated this project as they did all the other ones as though they were remodeling their own home. They spared no expense with details and perfection when it came to their craftsmanship. We see beyond pleased with the result and are already looking at our next project for Sundance. I encourage anyone looking to remodel or renovate their home to look into Sundance Kitchens and Baths. You will not regret it.

We have used Sundance now for 2 projects… Our siding/windows, and our kitchen. BOTH have turned out AMAZING! I am continually impressed with the staff. The work that Lenny and Timmy have done on our kitchen is perfect! These guys are professional and great people! I don’t want to leave out the project managers, and the sales & office staff… what a wonderful experience & a great team you have. Well done!

From beginning to end of our kitchen remodel- everything was perfect! Everyone on the Sundance Team were so nice, professional and responsive. We had Alex as our Sundance kitchen designer and she was amazing! We absolutely love our kitchen! We also really enjoyed Lenny and Tim who did all of the installation and were always such a pleasure to be around. They are both professional and so talented. Outstanding work and service.

We contracted Sundance, Kitchen, Baths and Exteriors to install new countertops and backsplash. It was a small job in comparison to many of their kitchen remodels, but we received quality and professional work by all their staff. The craftmanship of the frabicator team, Classic, was excellent. The two installers were on time and very professional. They listened to my concerns and fixed whatever I pointed out. The entire Sundance team was professional and was in contact with us throughout the project. Project manager, Bill, was there each day the installers were at our home ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction. I am happy that we chose Sundance to do our project and would not hesitate to use them for future projects.

Sundance did an incredible job with our Sunroom addition. We are so happy that we chose them for this project. Freddy, Mike, Josh, Golden, and the whole Sundance team worked together to make it happen. Their craftsmanship has made such a big change to our house.

Sundance is absolutely phenomenal! I cannot recommend them enough! The entire team was outstanding from beginning to end! Denise, who helped me design, saw my vision from the beginning, thank you! Thank you to our foreman Dave B. who was there every step of the way and made things happen. We appreciated his prompt communication and project oversight. Tyler and Mason are both rising stars! And a very special thanks to Dave C. who made the experience exemplary! Whatever Sundance is paying Dave C., it is not enough!! Dave C. went above and beyond for our renovation, adding custom finishes and artistry. He was very in tune with what I wanted and expected. I never felt awkward asking questions and putting my ideas out there to him. He was there every step of the way. He is a true craftsman, and his skills are unmatched!!! We had a wonderful experience with Sundance for our kitchen renovation. Tom B. was a consummate professional and detailed oriented project manager; always provided us with updates, and the work was completed on time/on schedule. The crew, Adam and Ron were terrific and always brought humor and professionalism on a daily basis. In addition, meticulous and paid attention to detail. Our home was built 16 years ago and was in desperate need of an exterior face lift. From start to finish Sundance walked us through the process and communicated what was happening with our project every step of the way. The crews showed up each day ready to work amidst the 95+ degree weather and were professional and courteous the whole time. Worksites were left clean and safe each day. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking to update their exterior from roofing to siding. Thank you Sundance Homes.
