Loved the company originally; purchased blinds two years ago. Returned to get quote for some additional blinds to be installed. Visited the store and met with Karen. She advised she could give us an estimate in few days. After two weeks and unreturned phone calls from both myself and my wife, we have signed a contract with another vendor.

Dale installed louvered shutters for a bow window in our bedroom. He was very meticulous with the measurements. Great installation and cleanup. Would highly recommend!
Dale did a marvelous job at our house. Very professional and friendly. His wife was also very knowledgeable and helpful with choosing the right color, and style that fit what we were looking for. I will definitely recommend them hands down. Thank you guys!

Poor Customer Service! Had an appointment for measurements scheduled for 8am on the 27th. Budget Blinds individual contacted us several days before our appointment requesting to change our appointment time to 11am. We agreed and took off from work to be home at 11am. Waited until 12:30pm with no show and no call!! We ended up calling them. The person on the phone said she had no idea what happened and apologized. She wanted to reschedule. Not going to happen! Already wasted a day off from work!

I would highly recommend Budget Blinds. It was a pleasure working with this business. Their customer focus / service was top notch and the install went smooth. We are so happy with our new shutters!!

I recently went to the store to check what they have on display.
The sales person showed me two items that I was interested in and after about five minutes told me that I could not stay in the store because there was a another client that the owner was working with. no customers can be in the store.
how does that make any sense? This a retail store or a private residence? Maybe take them to a private room?
if that is the case, then put that on your website, so this way no one comes to your store. Complete waste of time!
