UPDATE: The team at Bob Wagner's has reached out and we are making good progress, and they are being very helpful. It makes a difference who you work with, Kay wasn't who I was originally working with, but she has been great since recognizing I didn't have what I asked for.
Original review: Over a month ago, I received a quote for carpet from Bob Wagner's. It came as a lump sum estimate, so I asked for a breakdown of materials and labor. I also asked to have an estimate for LVP added for two other rooms. I have spoken to three different people, and followed up with an email and two voicemail messages, and still do not have an itemized estimate. (I was however, asked to put half down.) I have been polite and patient, and I declined the offer to involve the manager when I was given the chance because I am not in a rush, and I really believed someone would get back to me. I decided to give them one last shot due to all of the other positive reviews, and because they were pleasant and personable in the showroom AND I like the convenience of getting all of my flooring at one place. So, I stopped in today 10 minutes before close and the doors were locked. Unfortunately, I can't attest to their install work, because I couldn't get that far.
If I was asking for something they don't do or won't do without money down, no one has come out and said that. The problem is that they haven't communicated anything at all.

Went to Wagners flooring to buy carpet for 5 rooms. Walked in and was greeted by Kay. Kay realized we had no idea want we wanted. She stepped in and helped us choose the right carpet for each room, and they turned out great.

Kay at Bob Wagner was great to work with. She worked with me from start to finish and to get me a competitive price on the flooring. Even honored that bulk price when I needed a few more boxes twice because I didn’t take her advice and add in more waste square footage. If you need flooring, Kay and Bob Wagners is it. Highly recommend

Wagner's has completed two projects for me. The first was replacing hardwood flooring in five rooms. I had estimates for up to 30 days to complete the project. They did it in three. The work crew arrive around 8:OO AM and worked to 6:00 PM. The workers were efficient and energetic. MY questions were answered quickly and professionally with concern for the customer. The finished work looked as good as the original floor when the house was new.
The second project was for the removal of carpet and replaced with hardwood flooring that connected to the first project. This was a one-day project. The workers came early and stayed until finished. There were some tricky borders along a fireplace hearth that had many indentations. The hard floor matched the indentations perfectly.
Both projects exceeded my expectations. Without question, I will
us Bob Wagner's again. I think you will be just a pleased.

The process of choosing our flooring was simple. The take home samples to view and the home appointment to measure was very helpful. Finally, the installation arrived on time, asked for input and then executed the task with excellence and efficiency. We are very happy and the floors are gorgeous. This is our third flooring project that we’ve trusted to Bob Wagner. Thank you Kay. It was a pleasure working with you as well. I do think you over estimated how much product we needed as I have 2.5 boxes leftover which is way too much.

Kay did a great job helping us pick out the perfect tile for our bathroom. After looking other places we finally found exactly what we were looking for, and love the results.

Our experience from walking in the showroom all the way to the final competition was exceptional! Kay was our saleswomen, who was very knowledgeable, professional, honest and best of all not pushy! She kept us in the loop with all the details from start to finish. Our installers were professional and worked diligently, and gave us the exact outcome we could’ve asked for. We are so EXCITED, that we are now looking to get our main floor done as well. Look NO FURTHER than Bob Wagner for your project! The will not disappoint.
