He was a sweet man but cleaned ac told me not to hit reset but that is the only way it will turn on. It is still not working. Sears has since given us 5 different appointments to fix and they were all five no shows

Worst service ever. They never show up to appt on time. Customer service will not give you the right information and will not help you. My central air broke in the middle of a heat wave and no one show up after my warranty company called and schedule them. The next was my washer and no one showed up. I got a call 12 days after the schedule date to tell me someone is on the way.

Brad has been here 2 times for our refrig repair- he was very personable and experienced at what he does. Was in no rush, fixed the problems with no issues. We would give him a Outsanding 5 stars plus. Mark G.

Negative stars. I been waiting 57 days to have my washer repaired. The machine was diagnosed quickly but I have made 5 appointments that have been cancelled or the tech did not show up. The company is unreliable. I do not recommend Sears to repair anything. I have cancelled my service contract.

Joe immediately knew the issue with my refrigerator and fixed it right away! He was in and out within a 1/2 hour! Friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated his service and professionalism.

Grant is very knowledgeable and thorough in his work with tuning up my riding lawnmower. I always look forward to seeing him every spring because I know the quality of workmanship he represents. He is an example of Sears Service at its best.

Anthony F was a no-show today. No text, no email stating that he wouldn't be here. I've been waiting for 5 months for this company to repair or replace my refrigerator and I'm losing my patience. They have missed the last 5 or 6 scheduled appointments with no notice.
