We've used Grant and Sons for close to 30 years now and we love them.
From start to finish, meaning first phone call, to estimate, to job finished, they're incredibly fast.
They're knowledgeable, courteous, fast, but thorough, and they do a phenomenal job at keeping your yard clean of roofing debris. Besides your new roof, you'd never know they'd been there.
We're getting ready to start buying rental properties and we'll definitely be using Grant and Sons for our roofing needs for them.
We started having an issue with water spots showing up on the ceiling of our master bedroom after multiple days of heavy rains. From what I could see, it looked like the collar around the vent pipe had cracked. I called and Robert came out to check it out, and said he could repair everything while he was there. That was fantastic, since we have never had a company do same day work. The work he did was fantastic and even explained exactly what he was going to do. Our roof is starting to get up there in age, and know when we go to have it replaced, Grant and Sons is the first one we are going to call. Stellar job!

Fast and reasonably priced service for roof repair. For decades my family has used Grant & Son for decades for several roof replacements and repairs in residences, rental houses, and garages. We wouldn't consider any other roofing company.

Grant and Sons did an amazing job putting on my new roof. The office staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The roofers were on time and did a fantastic job. No wonder they've been around for so long. Would certainly recommend to friends and family.

Mr Grant came quickly to look at our house and a detailed estimate came soon after. His prices compared favorably to others we obtained. Work was completed in a timely manner. We are quite pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism of the workers at Grant and Sons.

We had an emergency when we discovered that the roof on my mother-in-laws house was leaking and needed replacement. They responded the next day and had the job done that week. Great service and value. I highly recommend Grant and Sons Roofing and Siding!

Grant and Sons has done any work I've needed done to my roof over the past 10 years. I've also recommended them to all of my friends and family and had nothing but positive feedback. They're timely, have extremely competitive prices, do great work and are very friendly.
If these winds keep up, I'm sure I'll be seeing a lot more of them this year, until I finally get them to replace the whole roof (the house is only 10 years old, and they didn't put the original roof on unfortunately...or else I wouldn't be having these problems).
The owner, his administrative assistant and staff are all top notch.

I called Grant and Sons for a quote on a metal roof. Owner came out personally and quoted a fair price. I had questions about the thickness gauge of the metal to be applied. The owner cut a piece and brought to my house for me to compare with competitors. Installation crew were nice , polite and very courteous. As I do with all contractors, I judge them on how well they clean up. Before they left, I walked around garage and could only find 2 screws. Furthermore, Had a problem after installation, Owner came out 1 hour after the call and remedied it on spot. I would recommend Grant and Sons fully.

Called a few roofing companies, Grant & Sons what the most professional. They are an established company in Milford De. They other companies seemed to just be a guy and a truck. They have some impressive equipment to help get the job done quickly. The crew is local and all speak English, this is very helpful to make sure the job gets done correctly!
