Need garage door repair service? I'm recommending Overhead Door Co. of Delmar. They went above and beyond to provide great service to me in replacing the tortion spring that cracked in half after being installed when our house here in Lewes Crossing was built in 2015. So we got 8 years out of the spring, and a neighbor told me a few days ago that she knew of 4 or 5 other houses on my block where the spring had cracked within the last few months. I worked with Dawn in their office throughout the project and she was fantastic. When the bill came in somewhat over the estimate the technician was able to explain why in understandable language, and when I called Dawn she agreed to a very reasonable adjustment to the final bill. I think I was treated fairly and based on the entire overall experience I had, I would recommend this business to anyone.

Overhead Door installed our home's garage door 10 years ago. Since that time we have had them out two times for repairs and both times we were extremely please with their service. Most recently on Thursday, 1/28/16 I contact their office to report that some how our door had become out of plumb. In talking with the office on 1/29 they advised they would have someone out that afternoon. Since we were not going to be home we left our side garage door open and when we did return we were very pleased to find their technician had been there and completely correct the problem. Our door is now totally level with no air leaks at the interface point of the bottom seal and the garage apron.
