If your site needs anything moved, demolished, leveled, filled, carried off, or flattened, call them. They did an outstanding job removing my old garage, and prepping the pad for the new garage. They work with sand, stone, gravel, mud, rock and wood. I have plans to use the, again, soon.

Awesome job clearing our building lot by Daniel and Peter! We were impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness throughout the entire process, from quoting to the finished work. Daniel, who did the actual clearing, worked hard, fast, and safely. He and his brother Peter obviously have strong work ethics and are serious about satisfying their customers. We can highly recommended Wilhelm Site Services!

We contacted Wilhelm Site Services LLC to inquire about a pad to place a small barn. Pete came out in a couple of days, measured the area and prepared the quote. While talking to Pete we realized that what actually make the area more useful was a driveway and pad at the end of the driveway. We signed the contract and the project was scheduled within a week.
They arrived, excavated the area, including removal of huge roots left from a tree that had been there for many years, leveled the area. Placed a layer of sand/soil and leveled that, put down fabric to ensure no weeds would be able to grow there in the future. Placed the gravel, leveled that and packed it down. Then went the extra mile, to flag exactly where the barn was to be placed to meet code requirements. They cleaned up the area, including sweeping the street where a little gravel had been dropped and the sidewalk next to the driveway. They cleaned up and removed the extra excavated dirt and garbage they found when excavating. All this in less than 1 day!
We can't wait to do the next project in the next couple of months, using Wilhelm Site Services.
