Have happily used these guys in the past, but my advice now is to be careful. My mom is a senior who lives alone and has a non functioning AC unit. After the technician assessed the situation, she got a visit from a sales rep and the quote was not only for replacement of AC, but replacement of the gas heater as well, which has no issues. Also their water heater replacement estimate was way out of line. Found an alternative for thousands of dollars less.
There must be something more than excellent. This was a Sunday evening and he came right away with a smile and no worries. Just his job. He tested the whole system and found no problems. He suggestion was the nest and maybe we need a new hvac approved thermostat. Thank you

Burns & McBride is an awesome company and has been our go to for a number of years. They installed a brand new HVAC system a few years ago. It worked incredibly well and on the few occasions when it had a problem, they were very responsive to get it back online for minimal cost. Tayler did the last service and he was awesome!

Great service! I called to schedule my yearly service and they got me in so fast. Taylor was polite and efficient. Great at explaining everything. Very knowledgeable. Super impressed today.

Ryan was great and truly a life saver during this ridiculous heat wave. Our ac stopped working abruptly and our current provider was not available for 7 days!! We had called around and got similar lengths of time from competitors until we called Burns and McBride. They offered same day service and while a little more for a service fee it was well worth it and not only that it’s their standard rate. Not even an up charge.
Ryan was extremely professional from the moment he stepped in our stinking hot house and he got to work right away. Quickly diagnosing and giving us the solution and what could have caused it etc. Price for repair was reasonable too!! He was able to get us up and running and we can cool down now!!

Jake was very knowledgeable and did a great job showing and explaining everything he was concerned about. He was wonderful in answering all of my questions and in depth with his responses. He made sure to take pictures and videos and even showed me everything while explaining the whole system. Overall great experience.

Taylor was an excellent service person. He was very professional. He arrived in a timely fashion and completed all routine maintenance in a timely fashion. I highly recommend him.

We changed the heating system in our home from oil to an electric heat pump. The team was great to work with from the initial call I placed asking for information to the end of the installation! Everyone was knowledgable and able to answer the MANY questions I had. They were all very personable and professional. The gentlemen who did the install were efficient, didn’t make a mess, and cleaned up. All we had to do was let them in, which was very much appreciated! After install, they reminded us the benefits of our new system and how to operate it via the thermostat and phone. I will definitely call them again for future work!

Andrew and Tim were very professional and pleasant to talk to. Andrew took photos then tried goo-be-gone to try and clean siding. It s left severe marks on vinyl but mess didn’t come off. Hole to soffit was closed again. Andrew stated he call someone else in the company to figure out how to clean siding.
