Before this my AC unit was outputting 70 degrees. Paul was absolutely fantastic and thorough in his service. He looked through my entire system and provided me with all my options. I chose to get refrigerant filled and it was provided at a great price. He went above and beyond to try to find a leak at a suspect point without an additional charge. An honest and respectable salesman who made sure I was pleased at every step.

Maichle’s did an excellent job installing our new Trane heat pump. They are a local, family run company - not a company owned by an equity entity or a national chain. The installation crew was very professional and friendly. They were prompt and answered all my questions. They removed the old 275 gallon oil tank from our basement. The sales rep was informative and low key. He did not put any pressure on us unlike some of the other sales reps. He helped us choose the model that was best for our needs and that qualified for Energy Delaware Financing.The office staff is wonderful and very helpful in completing the paper work. The entire experience was very satisfying. We highly recommend Maichle’s with six stars.

I called Maichle’s on a Saturday in January due to having no heat. We did not at the time have a contract. The tech called back within 15 minutes and at our house within an hour. Heater was running within another hour with minimum cost to us. The person I spoke to in the office and the tech that came out both get 5 stars. We were so impressed that we now have a contract with the company, and would be highly recommended by us.

Revision: Someone came out to do a deep dive. System is running optimally. Very good follow through. We love the Mitsubishi mini-splits and the flexibility it provides. A word of caution, they are less efficient in the winter than the summer. An excellent installation team and experience. A good group of people to deal with. I would recommend.
