Came home from work last week, ready for a nice hot shower. No hot water. Went to basement to investigate. Basement was wet. Hot water tank failed. Took cold shower. Contacted three companies around 6:30PM, got no one, which was expected. Left messages. First thing next day, got a call back from The Water Heater Company, they were out at 11AM, and gone by 2PM. Hot water was up and running in time for me to arrive home that evening, and take a nice hot shower after a long days work. Very happy with their service and turnaround, highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable and professional. They removed our big old water heater and replaced it with a tankless water heater. We couldn't be happier.
