My wife and I are very happy with our condo’s main room wall of windows and sliders to our balcony. We purchased our condo last year. The building was built over 50 years ago and the seals in the thermal glass had broken down years ago. The Glass Doctor of DE was able to locate the custom glass we needed and replace the glass keeping our original frames. They were able to make everything new while retaining the original clean look and design. They were also able to do so at a fraction of the cost of a total replacement. Bill, Josh and their whole crew were very professional and pleasant to work with. They got the job done quickly and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend them for all your glass needs!

Liars. Came to measure door for standard walk in shower. When installing, door didn't fit. Bottom of door hung over the base creating a tripping hazard for my elderly in-laws. Workers agreed to order new properly door fitting door but didn't disclose we would be charged for the return. Even though we had no door and had already paid in full ($2200), $825 hit our credit card but Bill Schlotterback said it would be refunded when the new door came in. 3 months and many calls later, no refund. Bill said they hadn't gotten their refund from the manufacturer yet, how is that the customer's fault? Charge was not disclosed or authorized and they used our $825 to cover their expenses. Bill failed to return calls and we had to dispute through our credit card company. All because they couldn't measure a rectangle.

I came by some commercial used mirrors that I can mount in my basement to increase light there, but the sides needed to be trimmed from previous use and one was quite wide so it needed to be cut in half. Glass Doctor was quite willing to make time to do this to accommodate my schedule, and I thought the price was very reasonable. They were quite consultative and did a nice professional job. I am very happy with the results!
