Our business had a major flooding event from a faulty sprinkler head and BELFOR came out to our site within 2 hours. We thought that our location would be shut down for weeks but BELFOR was able to immediately salvage half of our property so would could continue operating. A big shout out to Mark and his crew. Thank you

I will never recommend this company to anyone. They hire unprofessional workers that can not get the job done properly. Have someone come out to drywall an area they left it a hot mess. Still waiting for my flooring and other items to be installed. I was told this job would have been completed two weeks ago it’s still has not been done. I have no idea when it’s going be done because I can’t get a straight answer. Oh they painted an area a different color from previous wall color now I have to paint the whole room myself.

Belfor came out with a hour after getting a call that we needed help due to a truck ran into our building at Titlemax. Jason Pinder was very professional and helpful. Mr Pinder and his team was great. I recommend them and give them 5 stars!

This company is far from professional. Save yourself from these scammers. They will say everything you want to hear to get you to sign the line ... But as soon as you have a complaint they will act like it's your fault, not the fault of the project manager .or the fault of anyone but you. They will call you a liar . Even their employees know the company is a fraud. So sad they put some good employees in the position of putting their moral compass on the back burner or they won't have a job. ... I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I would have given a 0 stars but Google does not let me give 0 stars. They are not legitimate, they demolished my fire damaged house with out a permit and they don't have the a General Contractor's license to work in New Castle County! The reach your home immediately after a fire with the fire truck and offer services claiming they are licensed and insured but in my case that is far from the truth. After losing my home to a fire, I am now paying fines to New Castle County for demolishing the property without a permit. While BELFOR is threatening me with a lien and trying to bill me in 10s of thousands of dollars. BELFOR BEWARE!**
In response to Belfor's reply.
1. Thank you for the response. If I understand your response right this was done with County's blessings? Country told you to go ahead and demolish with out a permit and fined a tax paying customer for demolition without a permit? This is a critical piece of information that I need to talk to County.
2. I think Belfor is making the customers look bad and here is additional background information of how my interaction with Belfor went. Belfor wanted to maximize insurance claim (not help rebuild), I was not the one haggling. None of my questions on the billing for the work done was answered and when I asked questions is when Belfor showed the true colors. It was Belfor estimators who wanted me to maximize the claim. When I resisted and asked for an estimate Belfor wanted to get out of the project. I am surprised that Belfor forgot that. So what Belfor is saying is I should share all the insurance information but if I ask questions it will be called haggling? So Belfor does not negotiate with any of their suppliers or sub-contractors? I am surprised that in a capitalistic economy it is a crime and grounds for lien if a customer wants to negotiate but not for a corporate entity? The way Belfor secured the property was below industry standards. If you don't remember check your email for the pictures I sent of water damage after Belfor secured the property.
