Purchased a new L47 with Josh. Great experience! Josh knows his product and is very honest and straighforward. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Called over 10 dealers before Burke. They were the best priced and easiest to deal with. A++++.

Terrible shop service and dishonest management. Took my BX in for a hydraulic leak as it had been dripping for a couple of seasons. I knew it would be expensive as most of the rear end had to be taken off to access the hydraulic tank/ pump. After a week I was told it was ready. Brought it back, cut the grass and in a few days it was leaking puddles not drops. Called service manager Shawn, they picked it up, kept it a week and found nothing wrong. All they did was observe. Bottom line is after the 2nd return visit, Burke has done nothing to find out why my BX leaks worse now than before I brought it in for repair and spent $1,800 Jeff, general manager. Burke Kubota. Authorized sales and service company.

My sales man was Josh Lord, and he was fabulous before the sale and after. He really made sure I wasn’t over buying for the property size I have. He didn’t have me spending unnecessary money on a bigger tractor simply for commission. After the sale, he even checked in to make sure things were going OK which I didn’t expect. I expected him to get his commission and then never hear from him again. I told him I was having trouble getting an attachment on my tractor and he offered to come out and help me put it on. I wasn’t home, but he still came out and put the attachment on for me. To me, that was going over and beyond. I really appreciated that because I’m a recently widowed woman so I don’t have a man around to help me with. I’d recommend anyone to Josh!
