Our technician, Andrew, was great.! Everything else about this experience was horrible! Extremely Poor automated communications. Delay after delay!
The technician had our part in his truck for about a month! They never made him aware of where it goes..
No wonder Sears isn’t what they used to be

Mike did a great job. As for pricing, Mike was here for 30 minutes and replaced the igniter switch. Was charged $160.00 for the part and $319.00 for labor. Part online is around $23.00. That is 7x more for the part.
I will never use Sears again.

Rich M our tech, gets the 5 stars today! he was early for the appointment, went right to work and was clearly experienced and knowledgeable. Rich diagnosed our problems and figured out parts he needed and ordered them. He was very patient with warranty company which had several very long hold times While he spoke to them. He gave us very good service and is a credit to SEARS.

Your tech, Andrew gets the 5 star reward from me today!! I realize your company has many processes to reorganize so that you can provide better service,but Andrew was wonderful! He went out of his way to obtain the part needed, as unfortunately it was with a different tech. He could have just left without completing the repair, but did not!! I'm very appreciative of his work ethic to make me happy!!

Service person was on-time, friendly and went right to work on noisy dryer. When he said “that’s an odd noise I’ve never heard before” I was worried but he went right to work and quickly fixed the issue. I was so happy with his approach I bought the Sears home appliance warranty!

The repair person was very friendly and thorough and fixed the problem and explained what the problem was. He was late but that couldn't be helped because he had to pick up the customers that another employee had scheduled because they called out for work.
